It was refurbished after Andrew Flintoff got involved, with help from South Ribble Council. Another TV series involving the same lads has recently been broadcast. It involved touring India and is an enjoyable watch. Makes you want them all go onto have happy lives.

I have never stayed at this hotel. So maybe another viewer who has, will advise you. I know there is a nearby theatre and cinema showing films in English. There's also a Zoo. It also seems that most weekends the Spanish are celebrating one thing of another. The 12th night is very popular.

Been to 2 classic car meets this summer another 2 at least to go to probably more. A Falcon is nit a car if you don't like attention that's for sure. I didn't build mine but have carried out a few improvements and personalised it. My Falcon was built by John Watson the famous Falcon (and other cars) builder.

I love the children waving. Is John Watson's green? If it is then I took photos of it outside the Standish factory in 2002, the day I put a deposit on my kit. I need to do a better video of mine. Not a dissimilar colour to yours. John Watson has made over 20 Falcons along with a few others like Royale Sabers. A might fine builder of cars in his 80s abd still building cars. Benalmadena offers many surprises. I'll be filming more, so please subscribe to ensure you get to see them. When you visit the grotto look up to the left at the unusual structures. You can see few at the start of this video. They appear to be follies, but they have a purpose. They are used to present nativity and Easter stories. Scaffold seating is erected on the righthand side and the audience watch the stories acted out.

It is. The week after our visit, European leaders met there for a conference.

‘Better’ for what purpose? I make UA-cam videos for my pleasure and it brings extra pleasure if they are watched. This one was made to also provide the extra benefit of guiding friends and visitors to La Niña, which is not covered in the tourist information.

It’s Morecambe, Lancashire, U.K. It’s the location used in the TV crime drama series called The Bay.

A kind cyclist recovered it by scrambling down the riverbank and then phoned me. He said it was almost in the water. Just a few broken rotor blades and a little scuffed. I’m hoping the camera gimbal wasn’t bashed too much. Blades arrive today. So will find out tomorrow.

It seems really central and yet on the beach. A disabled friend stayed there in February 2022 and said it was ideal for him.

There is a large outdoor car park between the hotel & sea. It has payment barriers and is accessed via a road routed past the Sunset Beach Club. The hotel will let you know prices. Other than that there is free roadside parking nearby, which is popular.

Thank you for your encouraging words. The door windows on my JBA are not removable, but that option was available. I decided to make them fixed because I did not envisage removing them due to a combination of weather, security and complexity. The hood has a metal flat rod inside a front pocket. It hooks over the stainless steel windscreen. That's done before tension is added to the hood. There isn't much space in my two seater. There are larger models with a bench seat in the rear. The boot is large enough for tools and other travel accessories. We are limited to 70mph on UK motorways. It handles fine at this speed, but I prefer 50mph along smooth winding country roads. There is an owners club with a quarterly magazine and website. I plan to include my JBA in more videos soon. So please subscribe to ensure you see them. Glyn

Do you happen to know what its like now for 2023 because we are hiring a boat for a week on the Lancaster in June and wouldn't want to take it through that which cause a lot of problems for the propeller and rudder etc. The canal and river trust need to get thier lazy finger out and sort this problem ASAP.

I live by the side of Preston Dock and it suffers from something similar. Blue Green Algae. I occasionally cross the canal bridges in my car. At this time of year both Dock and Canal are clear. The problem arises during summer months. Predominantly in still waters. It appeared to be particularly bad last summer. This video is looking at the Millenium Link basin just above the locks, which I don't think sees as much use as other areas of the canal. Look at the video of Glasson Dock and you can see the canal there is clear. I understand the problem is due to excess nutrients entering the water from farming and or boats pumping out into the water. It's a country wide problem. Not just the Lancaster Canal. Hope you enjoy your holiday. It's normally a beautiful canal.
