Same waise hi karne pe machine on hi nahi ho rahi hai. On karne me machine 0.178 le rahi hai or step down heet hone lagta hai usse pahle chip ko heet karte the graffich wale ko to chaljaya tha. Jaise hi ye kiya machine on hona band ho gai

Where is problem
I have also 5480 but my second mosfet gate voltage 19v not switching, 1st mosfet gate voltage is proper 9 volt. Should i also replace this 3V IC for second mosfet . Thanks in advance
Maybe second mosfet could be faulty
No mosfet is good removed then checked and tried many things, there is a also divider
