Bruges, Belgium Virtual Walking Tour | Quiet Walk in Summer 2024
"How can all those canals and bridges and cobbled streets and those churches, all that beautiful f*cking fairytale stuff, how can that not be somebody's f*cking thing, eh?"
It took every ounce of willpower NOT to use the film's theme music to open this video. Visiting Bruges was a dream come true, and I hope you enjoy the walking tour. By the way, I did get to climb the Belfry Tower, but that was the next day. I may make a mini vlog out of that footage 😎
Filmed on June 26, 2024 using a DJI Osmo Pocket 3.

My new tattoo, process & tracing to soft piano music 🕯️
Переглядів 1,9 тис.5 місяців тому
The process of getting my newest tattoo - the hair cutting scissors on my lower arm ✂️ Followed by some ASMR-style narration and tracing the tattoo with sleepy music in the background 🎶 This video was very experimental, as I've never really made a vlog-type one before. The timestamps below will help you jump around to the part you're most interested in. 00:00 Intro 01:20 Process, healing 04:46 ...
I've never spoken Swedish with anyone (jag gjorde mitt bästa)
Переглядів 7016 місяців тому
This is what I do in my spare time... learn languages. However, I rarely focus on speaking. As a "calligrapher", I prefer reading and writing. But, it was starting to feel weird that I had never spoken Swedish with anyone before, because I consume it so much now. So I made a new goal to speak more. I know that most people are afraid of speaking another language. But I am the CAPTAIN of that fea...

Things will be different! Thanks for coming back for this update, where I talk about moving on from making ASMR videos (but not all), including how much I earn from monetization on my videos. A few life updates, a preview of my new tattoo, and what videos to expect in the future. Thanks for sticking with me, or for joining me in a totally new phase 🌙 00:00 Intro 00:46 Why I stopped making ASMR ...
Giving you tattoo advice & tracing my arm tattoos⚡️ ASMR
Переглядів 25 тис.11 місяців тому
A walkthrough / tour of my arm tattoos, from top to bottom, tracing with the fluffy ear pick. Lots of tingly skin sounds, scratching and dry hand sounds. Whispering on high sensitivity with the Blue Yeti. I only have one new tattoo since the last time I made a tracing video, but my set-up is nicer now so a remake felt necessary ✌️ Enjoy the tingles 🧠✨ If you liked the video, consider supporting...
Tallinn, Estonia Virtual Walking Tour | Quiet Medieval Walk in Old Town [4K]

This is the first walking tour I've filmed completely alone. I had no path planned - I just wandered around in a circle in Old Town (Vanalinn) in Tallinn. It was freezing cold but I enjoyed every second. This was my first time back in Estonia in 13 years, so this is a special video to me. Filmed on Saturday, November 19, 2022. #walkingtours #tallinn #estonia Enjoy the tour ✨ If you liked the vi...

Paris, France Virtual Walking Tour | Rue du Rivoli to the Musée du Louvre [4K]
Переглядів 355Рік тому
A virtual walking tour in the heart of Paris, France. Another utterly gorgeous day. Unfortunately my phone mic picked up some windy sounds, but for the most part the street noise is lovely and pretty quiet. Also, the sky was so beautiful it almost looked fake! We start at Châtelet Metro station and walk along the Rue de Rivoli, until arriving at the Musée du Louvre and strolling around the pyra...
Amsterdam, Netherlands Virtual Walking Tour | Busy Streets to Quiet Church Garden [4K]

A virtual walking tour in the busy streets of Amsterdam, Netherlands. Golden hour with incredible weather. Lots of crowd noise and navigating through people, with tranquil relief at the end. We started 00:00 at Amsterdam Centraal and walked down Damrak, took a right through Dam Square at 12:40, and then a left down Kalverstraat shopping street at 14:22. Then after a final right turn at 20:54, t...
Whistler Village | Virtual Walking Tour (Ambient ASMR) 🍂 Autumn 2022 [4K]
Переглядів 360Рік тому
A virtual walking tour of Whistler Village. Whistler is a ski resort town, about 2 hours north of Vancouver, BC. Autumn is usually quieter than other seasons, as there is no snow on the mountains yet, but it's my favourite season to visit and wander around. We start at the upper village and cut through the forest, across a bridge over the river, and then through the main village. The ambience i...

You were... wait for it... IN BRUGES. I'm so happy for you!!!
THANK YOU I'm glad I made the walking tour so I can prove to myself that I was actually there haha 😆 It was crazy!
hi misty. i love putting these on as my evening couch watching. it asks nothing of my brain and feels like a mini vacation. thanks
I love that, and I'm so glad you like them 🙏🙏 Hope you're doing well Cubosh!!
Ouff "In Bruges" is a freaking masterpiece
Truly, it is. It was surreal to visit the place. Felt very different in summer though, I'd love to visit in winter one day as well 🤩
Hey Misty! Hope you're doing great ☺️ i live in the desert and wish I lived in a green place like this where walking doesn't result in heat exhaustion 😆
Hey Ayelet!! I'm so glad you like watching the vids. And omg desert heat is rough!
Love this!!
I'm so glad!! 😊
I came here to actually figure out how to use the blue yetti, and I fell asleep, not even 5 mins in. 😅 I love your voice!!
I'm honoured! 🙏🙏
What are the settings you use?
I’m planning to get this mic some time, for me this is absolutely useful!
I only got into your channel lessthan a week ago, but I'm here for all of this! If you dont mind me asking, what mic are you using? I really do love the sound quality!
I'm FINALLY starting my asmr channel after years of obsession and was looking for some mic setup tips. I came across your video (which was great thank you so much) and then clicked this one. I love your voice and the quality of your videos! I hope to see this channel grow as I work on my own. You definitely deserve it!
I know I’m late but I watched your stream regularly when u would on twitch, I had a good time and would always sleep to it. Before I would sleep I’d interact with you and the chat by getting channel points and giftin bits. It was fun❤️
Thank u very much! ❤ I learned a lot from this video
❤❤❤
Are you using Logitech Ghub to reduce some background noise? I can't get the settings to sound well enough. If I use noise gate or noise reduction it tends to make my voice sound unnatural when I whisper. Doesn't sound as crisp as your whispering.
No, I don't use that one. I record my audio in Audacity separately from my video, and then I use noise reduction in Audacity before exporting. Then, I sync with my video in DaVinci Resolve and flip the stereo audio, so that the left/right sounds come out of the correct ear for the listener. Hope this helps!
@@mistymaps Thank you. I appreciate you responding.
Very beautiful tattoos misty 😊
You're one cool customer. 😉
i just recently found your channel and first of all you are stunning! i love your tattoo videos and all ur vids in general and i think ur banner is so funny "videos whenever i feel like it HAHAH" but fr idk why you dont have more subs your content is amazing!!!! <333
Obvio ,pero Estonia es la mejor!!
De acuerdo!!! I try not to be biased, but they are always the best to me :D I dont think they will win this year though :(
Thank u so much for this video! I just bought a Blue Yeti but I was a little worried i couldn´t use it properly. I want to become and asmrtist and i want to learn a lot to make good triggers <3
Im glad it was helpful! Takes a bit of trial and error but you will get used to it :)
I loved tgis video so much ☺️ I've never gotten a tattoo due to fear of the pain, but I might rethink that after seeing your beautiful results 💜
Hi Ayelet! The pain is totally worth haha. You can always start with a small tattoo so it's not too intense, so you can get used to what it feels like :)
i liked in your asmr how you were rubbing your medusa tattoo on side of your arm
Random idea but the snakes could be colored in to look like coral snakes, with the yellow matching the time-turner tattoo or the bee!
Honestly thats a pretty great idea, cause I have a new snake on my lower arm now too that is coral-coloured! 😊
omg this is amazing
So glad you like it!! :D
@@mistymaps I LOVE YOU
So glad to have found your channel ❤
Im so glad you did too, thanks for being here!
Such good whispers! Wow! ❤
Im following simply bc of the materia tattoo lol im a nerd what can i say
Totally valid reason, I would have done the same 😎😎 Haha I appreciate the follow!!
@@mistymaps youre also incredibly gorgoeus but didnt wanna be that guy haha youre welcome for the follow 😁😁
You two are absolutely gorgeous ❤❤ love both of your hair 💓💓💗💗🥰🥰💕💕😍😍🥹🥹🤗🤗🌈🌈🌈🌈
Thank you! I needed this! Very informative but easy to understand 😩 So sleepy now!
The sleeve is coming together so we'll. It's fantastic! I love your bee so much. I have a similar one on my back. 🥰
By the way, the setup on the couch with the warm lighting totally works. I know you like the full sound proofing and dark background, but I think this could work too.
Sweedish asmr videos would be awesome
Yes I really want to try that as well 😎
it's lit
🔥🔥
I love your new tattoo Misty
Glad you like it too!
Beautiful tattoo!😳
Thank u thank u!!
dude that is a beautiful piece! love the colours, and your voice! take care
Thank you!! I think so too :)
Rocket particularly likes the snake -- even the colo(u)r is almost Rocket's colo(u)r! 🐍
I knew Rocket would appreciate it 😊😊🐍
Yay 😊
Yay hello!
the nose rings seem really popular and dont suit anyone
Thanks for sharing! 👍
The funny thing is that swedish sounds pretty much like a strange dialect of the german language which it definitely isn't but in fact this is also the case when it comes to norwegian or danish. Sometimes I also seem to understand some swedish words without speaking it.
Yes, their similar roots have become more obvious to me now since learning Swedish. I don't know much German but I can definitely notice similarities.
Well misty I am glad you have cleared everything up with everyone definitely take all the time you need to make videos and I am glad things are going in the right direction for you 😊
Thanks Stewart! 😊
You're welcome
This is a really inspirational video to show that a little bit of practice every day can make a big difference. If I could speak Swedish, I'd practice with your. I'm sure you'll find someone quickly now.
Hey Gonzaga! 😊 And totally, it really does make a difference, and it was a good test of my dedication.
I'm Swedish and I'm very impressed! Your pronunciation was super good! I understood everything without having to read the subtitles. It's amazing that you've gotten so good considering you say you have no one with whom you can practise speaking. There were a few grammar mistakes here and there, but I'd consider them minor mistakes since I understood you perfectly anyway.
sneaks into the back row. proud of you MIsty.
Woah, impressive (Swede here) - while there were some minor mistakes I could understand everything you said
Tack så jättemycket 🙏🙏 I'm very open to corrections and will not take offence! I want to use words that sound more natural, but I'm so used to thinking in English and it is hard to learn the more "natural" translation, unless I hear it all the time on TV 😅
