I was born and raised in Ontario, but I have a sister in law who moved out to banff and she is a huge family girl! Also has a twin out here, but she has been swept away by the awe of Alberta....I needed to do some investigation....I hope I can move my mom and my husband out there soon...we're still in our twenties without any kids and working pay to the week jobs.....it's time to get creative and see what else this country has to offer outside of the life trap Ontario has become! I was somewhat entertained by your video and comments on bears and mountain lions as well as by your imminent death by animal attack but felt that your comments about the locals you met were a bit unwarranted. With Covid, and the influx of new visitors to the area , we have seen a huge increase in visitation coupled with evidence of disrespect for the wildlife and environment. Litter on trails, garbage thrown or left behind, interfering with wildlife etc. These issues are not isolated to Canada but throughout the world. The Lake District of England and Highlands of Scotland, which is where my roots lie have experienced the same issues with overuse, littering need for emergency evacuations by rescue services. Enjoy your future adventures safely..
