Found it on a copy of Mysteries of the Sea from the Walter J Brown Media Archives. I've been searching for Polygram logos for awhile and I'm glad to finally have found this in full and HQ! I also want to give a massive thanks to my great friend @muv5288 for helping me find this!

I think that this list is one of the best i ever put out. I worked hard for the editing and the scripting and i put alot of effort in it. I fixed the audio problem, I have a text guy, I have my own logo, Its in 1080P now and Its overall an important video on my channel.
