Finally a house worth looking at

I miss living here! You missed the first floor hallway closet and bathroom, the ensuite bathroom on the first floor bedroom, the cozier living room next to the front door, the extra room next to the garage, the two other bedrooms upstairs, and the upstairs shared bathroom. The upstairs "hallway" is actually a loft and you can look down to the main floor. Also, I resurfaced that wooden pool deck, purchased and installed the vacuum bin (manufactured in Bakersfield, CA, USA) in the garage. 20 minute walk to the beach.

What is wrong with this property only going for 10 million????

I remember seeing this place on TV many years ago, they were interviewing the owner, who was obviously a very wealthy man. I think he was intending to sell it back then and is still trying to sell it now. These places do tend to be on and off the market for so many years on end.
