Do you know the screw type/size holding up the pegboard wall?

Mine literally didn't even come with assembly instructions. In fact, there wasn't a single piece of paper in the box. Just a bunch of parts and hardware

The instructions are lacking. There are a few missing all together. Some instructions tell you which bolts to use, other don't and you have to look at the image to see. Even then, you need to reference the back of the book because the actual bags of screws aren't labeled as a,b,c, or d they just have the bolt sizes on them. The absolute worst part is that the drawers will not go into the slides properly until after the shelves are bolted in place to square everything up. If you try to put them in when the instructions tell you to, be prepared for them to fall out and pull apart the slide mechanism. So far I haven't had any luck reassembling the broken slide.

This is one of the most POORLY DESIGNED boxes I've ever seen in my life. Spent about 10 minutes trying to open this stupid box and almost cut myself trying to pry it open. Out of frustration I came to youtube to see if anyone else had this problem. I see I'm not alone lol

I can no longer find my 46 inch 9 drawer wood top tool box online anywhere. Has this been discontinued? The website doesn't list any tools boxes at all and Rural King no longer lists the tool box at all

What is your suggestion for loosening up the handle release bar and the platform? I cannot get the dolly open at all.

Just bought one, can't get the plate or wheels to 'release' / open. Very aggravating considering I needed it to start my shopping business a couple of days ago. Can't use until it's fixed, will have to take back to store to see if employees can help me :(
