You said you are a beginner, I wish you well with your enterprise but need to let you know that Spinach is NOT Swiss Chard. They are totally different plants. Different species. Spinach: "Spinacia Oleracea" Swiss Chard/Silverbeet: "Beta Vulgaris" You have some interesting videos and I shall watch them over the next couple of weeks. I alternate between self made compost, organic poultry based pellets, organic and inorganic foliar and chemical NPK water soluble and rock based fertilizers. I farm in a mixture of sandy, sandy loam and loam soil in a 3600m² of land. It is a hit and miss but it generally works and i am grateful. Tshwarang thata bakgalajwe.
