Thanks for this suggestion. I’ll think through the possibility of this but I’ll say, the issue of goals and purpose and career is pretty subjective so you have to learn to tell your story best. You’ll need to link your past to your present and then the vision in the future and where you see yourself. Also, it doesn’t always have to be a smooth transition. They understand that paths change and people make pivotal career changes with MBAs so it’s fine as well.

Hello Michael, it is also very okay to use colleagues who can speak to your work experience. I’m not sure if you have any trustworthy colleagues even if just one is from your department and another in another but has worked with you. With MBA, a professional recommendation is preferred to the academic one so consider previous jobs if any, volunteer activities, etc.

@michaeltetteh2728 I’m not entirely sure when it comes to that but I believe the corporate letterhead would actually be better. Also, my school didn’t require an actual letter, I had to submit their emails and they had to do the recommendation on a system by answering some questions. It’s the case for a number of schools now
