    I just picked up a Texan 6 string for $300.00 and a 12 String for $200.00. Both sunburst. I can't wait for them to arrive. The 6th sting is going to be my daily driver if it sounds as good as I thin it will. Thanks for the video.

    Thanks for the video, I’m heading to Germany and looking for something a bit unusual to play while I’m there, I’m an Aussie and have a Marin that I love and it also is not a noisy playing guitar but still a beautiful note and super playable with a narrow kneck and beautiful craftsmanship, this looks like my comparable German fguitar so I’ll be hunting one down! Thanks!

    I saw the Rondo at a shop... picked it up, strummed it... and WOW that thing has a belly of a voice! I was surprised because of how narrow it is. So awesome. Feels so good too and the craftsmanship is amazing. Just got my Kremona Rondo TL. Love it!!!

    Always love it when people say something like “about six months ago” but don’t say the date of the recording of the video. That’s a criticism that I dole out routinely to everyone who references time without sufficient references to time. Oh sure, it might say something indicating the video was posted about a year ago or six years ago, but I want to know the date it was posted. Anyway, I love your shop. I bought my Taylor GSMini there having been sent by my fellow Paulina Lake campers to get a dozen organic eggs at the granola store. Drove by your window that had a sign with the magic word …GUITARS… and made a U-turn into an opportunity to spend $750. Came here just now because a friend is looking at the guitar. You are profiling and I didn’t know what to tell her. Great video. By the way, the eggs were wonderful and I’m writing this on March 4, 2024.

    I love the Framus jumbo. I have one with that same neck with those same inlays and arched back and it is a prized possession. I play the heck out of it. Love the neck and the body. Amazing. Thank you for sharing your story and some Framus history. I have a Framus Texan that needs a truss rod adjustment and I’m not sure what socket I need to turn it. I ordered a few truss rod wrenches but they haven’t arrived yet. If you would happen to know what socket fits the Framus Texan truss rod please let me know. Thank you.

    Cool vid. I was poking around a music shop in Olympia, WA one day looking for a guitar... picked up an early 70's Framus Texan and I bought it immediately. Funny, cuz I was looking for a smaller guitar but this one just looked, played and sounded amazing. Built like a tank and yes, it is quiet. But I love it. Have it tuned down 1/2 step right now and it sounds amazing.

    I kind of feel like you make some sacrifices even up to $2,000 price points on most guitars these days. Depends on how perfect you need the guitar, but $2,000 is kind of the entry point to “nearly flawless” with good resonance.

    • @Zoco101
      @Zoco101 Рік тому

      The LP-380 uses the RH3, which is used on many Korg keyboards including the Kronos. The C1 Air uses the RH30 action which includes a hammer aspect. That sounds like it should be better, but I don't know for sure. The LP-380 is assembled in Japan, and supposedly you can see and feel this difference compared to many other digital pianos.

    • @andremedeiros1
      @andremedeiros1 2 роки тому

      Stella's neck is thinner. T-635 is more like a traditional strat. Lets just say the Stella is a step further than the t-635 (I got a t-635 and absolutely love it!).

    • @vrcimino1250
      @vrcimino1250 2 роки тому

      I have two T-635's. They have a true 43mm nut width that makes a huge difference compared to most other guitars that have a 42mm. I will never again buy a 42mm nut width, it's so cramped for space. Do not buy the Grace 700 guitar they sell it is advertised as a 43mm and it is actually 42mm. I took a chance when I bought that and was very disappointed, The Grace also has neck dive because of the heavy locking tuners they put on it. Stick with the T635 it's a nice guitar, alder body and two point trem with a push in pull out whammy bar. Even the pickups sound good, The only thing I would change is the bridge pickup in my opinion should always be a humbucker to compensate for the bright thin tone of single coils at the bridge.
