Douglas Blair(W.A.S.P./US, lead guitar) performs an acoustic version of his song 'staring', taken from the debut 5-song EP of his innovative 'power duo' signal2noise.
Playing his prized 1997 Takamine New Yorker parlor acoustic, he has adjusted it to an open D major tuning.
Accompanying him are Lotta Valtanen, the Finnish vocalist who duets with Douglas on the electric version of 'staring', and Finnish cellist Ida Kiiskinen, who at the time was a Turku Conservatory student.
Filmed at VR Studio in Turku, Finland in the waning months of the pandemic, in November 2020, the ace production team of Slade Takala-Lamey's PIiis video crew and VR Studio's Jori Saloranta captured the performances.
