Hi, welcome to Tigersandcats Cubing. If you want to improve at pyraminx, know which non-WCA puzzle to buy, watch some timelapses of massive cube solves, or even want to watch some cubing based rants, this is the place for you. I try to do a bit of everything on my channel.
I have been cubing on and off for 5 years and am sub-2 at pyraminx. I have a 1.80 official average, which placed me 12th in the world at the time, and I came 2nd in pyraminx at the 2024 European Championship.

(2.30), 2.06, 2.17, 2.13, (1.83) = 2.12 2nd place at the European Championship 2024 Honestly where do I begin with this. This is obviously my best cubing achievement to date, but there's also so much behind it, 2 years of pyraminx practice almost 100% targeted at the 5 solves I would do in the final of 2024 European Championship, and ultimately it has paid off. Since the last Euros, I've had a ...

thank you😁

can i use just dignitas and dnm? thank you
imo blue is better
Where we can find L4E to skip AUF ? Do you have a sheet or a Doc ?

What cube are you using?

@@tigersandcats thank you
2:39 pulling from the back can be useful for stuff like R U' R' U'.
For R U’ R’ U’ I’d do the first U’ by pushing from the side with my left index finger, then for the second U’ by pulling from the front with my right index finger. You can do that faster than any variation of pulling from the back
@tigersandcats what if the next three moves were L' U' L?
I still wouldn’t pull from the back, I’d push from the side for first 2 U’s and then pull from the front for the last U’ (or you could pull from the front for the middle one as well if that works better for you) regardless, I can’t think of a time pulling from the back is beneficial, it can just take a bit of time to get used to doing it properly if you’re used to pulling from the back

For me, it varies. I go to weekly cubing meetups which start at 1pm and end at about 3pm. More often than not, my frist meal of the day is after the meetup, so I'm objectively not well-fed when I'm (unofficially) competing. Sometimes I feel lousy and perform badly towards the end of the meetup. Sometimes not. Before, I used to eat at the lunch break we always have, and most of the times, I became lethargic, and my reaction times were much worse. Comps are obviously more rare than once a week, and I had different experience. Mostly, I perform best in the morning - even though I usually don't eat anything until afternoon. And evenings are generally worse, whether I went to lunch or not.
great vid
Finally advance 😊
I average 3.30, all becose of you
I'm road to sub 3
I won my first medal with yor tutorials thank you, you are the best
My main is pyra since a few months, your channel have been really helpful to me 😊 Really good tips!
1st and please pin and great video!🎉🎉🎉
Hey Bro, I average low 3s on Pyra and should I try to always do V on the bottom and make it rotation less, and can you give me some tips to get consistent sub 3?
Same here
low 3s is alr very good, and yes u should try making ur v on the bottom. rotations are fine, as they also somewhat give u more time to recog the l4e case. maybe max one rotation? i also avg low 3 and not really a certified pro to tell u this. so start making ur v on bottom
@@jovanleee Okay thanks And how far you can see in inspection?
@ for v like what 6 moves or maybe more, basically just tracing which is very useful
@@jovanleee same I can predict V and bottom edge for most of the time

good afternoon. First of all, I’d like to thank you for your video. I learned L4e and the cases from it. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us. However, I’m encountering some cases that come up but aren’t covered in the video. Do you happen to know roughly how many cases aren’t included in this video? Or do you have a tutorial for the remaining ones so I can finish learning them? Thanks and best regards."
Very helpful
Bruh i completely forgot about this

Can i be in the next video?
Thanks for having me in the video! Good job! ;)
Haha thank you!
Thanks for having me in the video. The video turned out great🔥
Thank you!! Appreciate it and you helped to make it turn out great
This video made me realize how incredibly unbalanced my pyraminx solving is. I average about 2.7 but my Vs and one-looking abilities seem incredibly behind compared to what’s shown in this video. I just rely on my comparatively good turn speed to compensate. Hopefully, with actual optimization of the rest of the aspects of my solve, I’ll be able to improve further. Sub-2.4 is a new goal
Hi mr blud
When should you start to learn ML4E? Would it be after you can one look or should I start learning at around 3 second average? The examples solves used ML4E a lot. Awesome video so helpful, thank you so much!
ua-cam.com/video/aWPF5S4ya-4/v-deo.htmlsi=O4jk25aeCWRXm1Um
24:55 you can also do the sledge from the bottom by doing L' R L R' and then cancel into the ml4e (full solution gfbb L' R L R2' L' U' L R U)
Thanks. I know this trick, but its actually very bad for fingertricks imo and I lockup a lot on this.
Thanks for having me!! Excited to meet you at Oceanics 🥳
Watching everyone's solutions makes me want to properly learn ML4E because I barely know any algs - I just turn very fast 😂
Thanks for being in the video! See you at the Oceanics 👀
Can you make a bunch of v example solves at a higher level than your v video, because if I one look I can get low 2 and I can, but sometimes I can’t even find a single v
Thank you for letting me be part of your video! I know I'm not the best but I hope I added some extra value to the video :)
You absolutely did, thanks for being in the video!
Que guayy
When should you learn one looking and what's the best approach to learn it?
