I've been waiting 3 days for a parcel to arrive on so called express.... So let's see the story The parcel is picked from East Midlands after being flown in, which is understandable... But the parcel is sent to Leeds sorting area.... Well this is strange because my nearest facility would be in Sheffield, which is about 35 miles away from where it should have been..... As if it could get any worse, well it does. These utter clowns then double down on the incompetence by then sending the parcel to EXETER!!!! THAT'S OVER 247 MILES AWAY!! So this parcel is now in the southwest of England, when I'm in South Yorkshire.... At least they got the destination country right I suppose.... Not only an epic waste of time, but the carbon footprint for this is horrendous... Total waste of fuel and resources, not to mention the utter disrespect, of this and the refusal to Co operate by customer service Anyway, customer services are of NO help whatsoever, so I have already drafted a letter of formal action and will be filing a money claim for damages and distress by end of tomorrow. Me and my fiance went through this company I never received a our package girl that was supposed to deliver it never deliver it and she's going back home to Queens to packages in Savannah Georgia we have no way of getting it she's going to take it back to Queens from what I understand she's tampering with government property which is male just want to say that this guy that works there his name is Alan klein he works at Queens New York he made paid a lot of prices that he says that we had to do in 3000 $500 for her room she couldn't pay for us to get the package they told us we had to pay that and we did now the package is in Savannah Georgia and she's in a hotel with it but she's going back to Queens New York I don't know what to do about it DHL is involved with this somehow because it went from their company I want them to know they have lousy workers there that does illegal stuff alann is one of them you do not appreciate it this package was very important I called these people several times and did not do nothing for me I will never go to that company again because I cannot be trusted waiting for the package and I'm not sure we're going to get it
