Hi, so your saying that you mix with the gain knobs? If you have your faders set at +4dBM, there is not much room to boost a channel if need be for example for a quieter singer??

@@darcyduncantech Not your faders, your consoles input and output need to be set at +4dBm. That sets the refernce level for the entire desk...and yes! You ALWAYS mix with the gain knobs first. Set master and your faders to zero then mix with the gain first. Stop looking at the meters and listen...
