Holy fire hazzard batman.. I get it. It's hard to tidy up sometimes and im all for organized chaos. but thats 20 years of putting shit down, instead of putting it away.
That is a great big no no . Never use a bent fork . I've worked on Forklifts for over 50 years and never saw one bent like that one . Although I have seen them broken/snapped in half . Stupid operator's can break anything .
Not again! Just about everyone using a lathe on UA-cam uses a 3 jaw chuck. If the job is bigger than your thumb, longish and or not very round especially if you're taking heavy cuts USE A 4 JAW CHUCK!
Yeah man that sounds like it’s a few uses away from locking up. Like the thing is not in gear or something is dragging in the gear box. I have a big grizzly an if it sounded like that I’d stop an find that noise a broke or locked machine will not be of any use once it idk locks up or grinds a gear off. Mine has speed an feed an iv heard that before in the feed where I didn’t have it in gear all the way. Truly should look in to that man.
You should wire the contactor with the motor protector, but only for the coolant pump. You can set the internal motor protector in the VFD for the spindle motor, by matching the current overload parameter with the motor specs. Enough space would be the only problem here really.
I’m new here is this for oil?
Oil drip feeder?

That thing is fucked up
Look at your bearings and be sure your gears are lubricated
Can you explain what this is?
It is relay controls for a lathe.

Cool old machines there
That doesn’t sound too healthy. Are the bearings shot?
This guy sounds like a straight forward kinda guy.
I just wish he had a meter.
Cool
Okay finally it’s up
