Your PC is almost close to perfect. You should have 3 fans at the bottom for air intake. If the radiator doesn't get enough air to cool down, you're f*cked. Moreover the temp near the vrms are actually hotter so the outflow towards the radiator is recommended. So if the side mounted fans take the air outside, have air intake from bottom.
