Hello, I saw your UA-cam channel, a very nice video on your channel, I really enjoyed it. Your beautiful videos should reach more people. You must have put a lot of effort into making the videos. You are giving so many videos but the views are not getting. Due to not seo properly, your channel videos are not reaching the right audience organically. You need to optimize your channel and do video SEO to reach your target audience. If you do the SEO of your videos properly then the views of your videos will increase. Videos will rank organically. Your channel will also grow and subscribers will increase.

Most agents don't care about selling your house. They just want you in a contract that says they get a cut when you sell your house. Growing up our agent put squatters in our house for over a year with no deal. When they were eventually facing eviction, they signed for the house. Rent free for a year. The agent still took their cut.

That’s not a scammer at all. I’ve literally had to do that when purchasing my place with the fam. They said the exact same thing my step dad- “ohh its not enough” me- “well if we had another 3M we can go up to the next bracket but for are nums this is it” they all freeked out my mom told them im correct and we bought it. Just before 2020 best financial decision of there lives your welcome you guys lol

@@azelynhirano your value add as a sales rep is to show them the best option for their budget. Most of the time the hardest part is getting the budget out of the customer. Your client usually already knows the value of the money and how far it will take them

@KenanIsaacAdamsmost people just don’t understand where the market is at and how much nums = what level of property you can afford. So looking at something roughly double the value is a really great way of educating the client. I had to do that with my own fam because most of them are worker bugs and aren’t real estate Mogul like me and my mother.

I don't think running around with the product in a backpack is smart . Does he just carry it or some all the time ? Times have changed since my day a little over 20 years ago , I had a day job ( 7 am - 3 pm / 3:30 ) I'd sell weed from 4 - 9 / 9:30 & had burner number , I'd deliver or set a meeting place & time when they called & didn't really less than quarter ounce .... Been there done that gram dealing phone blowing up all the time & it's a headache plus gets you noticed quicker
A few decades ago, people got told to be at a certain place at a certain time. Sold from plastic bags and were gone within minuits. Better have some Mules and observe from distance.

18:09 ADU Impact fee- $2500 impact fee in City of Vancouver for impact fee but City of Ridgefield more like $30,000!!!!
