This was a interesting take on Killgrave and his twisted psyche and Tennant does a good job delivering the goods but it all falls flat because no one(at this point) has figured out how to stop him.Daredevil should have made a cameo at the very least.

Jessica Jones series 1 is so underrated it’s incredible, the themes going throughout it with incredible side characters like Malcolm, Patsy, Simpson and at the centre two amazing characters Jessica and Killgrave

This show was produced and aired at a very poignant point in my life. I was in the very abusive relationship where the dude completely controlled everything where I was who I talked to who I made friends with. When I saw Jessica Jones the first time was when I first tried to get out of that abusive relationship. Kilgrave reminds me so much of my abusive ex

I think the last scene is particularly emblematic of Kilgrave. Yes, he's powerful, intimidating, and intelligent but beneath all of that he's fragile. He's so used to things going his way that all it takes is a cell phone interruption to make him get agitated. He could've just ordered everyone to turn off their cell phones, he could've played it off with a joke, but he's like Jupiter. Kilgrave's ego is even more enormous than his abilities can hope to compensate for.
