Another brain-dead video!! Jesus tells us to specifically pray direct to God the Father. He does not tell us to pray direct to Himself and the Holy Spirit. And, he tells us to worship only Jehovah God, not Himself or the Holy Spirit. You're worshiping the son instead of the father and failing to follow Jesus teachings and failing to comply with Jesus' Commandments. You don't have a relationship with God because you have rejected Jesus' New Commandments and The Lord's Prayer (you only worship the son, sports and holidays). And therefore, will not receive everlasting life. 2 John 1:9 Anyone who runs ahead without remaining in the teaching of Christ does not have God. Whoever remains in His teaching has both the Father and the Son. Matthew 15:8,9 These people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. They worship Me in vain, teaching as doctrines the commands of men. Matthew 7:14 But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it. You are wicked and therefore will not be saved! Have a nice day!

Colossians 2:8 8 See to it that there is no one who takes you captive through philosophy and empty deception in accordance with human tradition, in accordance with the elementary principles of the world, rather than in accordance with Christ. (NASB) Colossians 2:8 Beware lest anyone cheat you through philosophy and empty deceit, according to the tradition of men, according to the basic principles of the world, and not according to Christ. (NKJV) This verse makes the context "traditions of men" and "basic or elementary principles of the world." Just the same as verses 20-23. Based on this, the issue was not about following God's Law. The issue was about man made rules and regulations that were made about food and drink, festivals, new moons, and sabbaths. Remember Messiah's disciples were eating with unwashed hands and some Jewish leaders took issue with that based on their misunderstanding of what defiles a person. I believe the same was going on here. For "christians" that believe they do not need to keep God's Law found in the Books of Moses which would amount to lawlessness, read what Messiah said He tells those "christians" when He returns in Matthew 7:21-23. He tells them to depart from Him because He never knew them. I recently viewed a video explaining the strong possibility of who the ones passing judgement are here. That would be someone that followed Cynic Philosophy which originated about 500 years before Messiah was born. Their beliefs fit perfectly into what is mentioned here by Paul. Nowhere in all of these verses does it say not to keep God's Laws aka The Law of Moses. 119 Ministries just did a video on Colossians 2:16-17. It is has some food for thought.

There are two gospels which currently dominate the first world church. One is orthodox - true - the other heresy - a lie. The gospels share some common beliefs (for example both gospels say that Jesus died on the cross for people’s sin). However the gospels differ on the issue of the nature of God’s love. The true gospel is built on God’s UNCHANGING love. The false gospel is built on God’s UNCONDITIONAL love. In the hope of getting your attention let me give you an example phrase associated with the false gospel. “God is constantly chasing us down - even when we run from God he keeps pursuing us”. Not so - in the same way that we can only relate with God through the cross - God relates with us only in the cross. The cross is the FINISHED WORK of Christ - instead of God chasing us down in the cross - God CHASED us down in the cross. Our job is now to choose to be caught by God - or be damned. God doesn’t have a second character by which he relates with people who refuse to respond positively to the cross. The true gospel is about a grace which is only ours through faith (Romans 5:2). When we behave inconsistent with faith (when we sin due to either weakness or ignorance we are not behaving inconsistent with faith - but when we choose to freely, knowingly, and willingly sin we are operating inconsistent with faith) we are operating outside grace - we must repent to again be under grace. So then in the true gospel grace exists while unity with God is maintained - grace exists only while someone is being transformed into the likeness of Christ. In the false gospel God’s grace - instead of existing to sanctify us - exists to forgive us even when use our freedom and awareness of what is right to refuse to be sanctified - even when we choose to use our freedom to refuse to turn to God through faith. But isn’t this just a semantic game? If God’s love is unchanging surely that will mean that the result will be the same - he will love us unconditionally? No. It is one thing for God’s love to be unchanging and quite another thing for human beings to be positioned so as to be COOPERATING with God's unchanging love. People have the freedom to position themselves in relation to God’s unchanging love so that two elements of God’s love - his holiness and justice - while unchanging - will be applied to them outside of the protection of the cross - they are applied TO people instead of FOR people in Christ - with there being no prospect of people being restored by them. This is what hell is. To say that God’s love is unconditional is to say nothing definite at all about God’s love until people begin to behave in appalling ways and God shows tolerance for their wrongdoing (tolerance for wrongdoing being a perfect definition for corruption). If God's unconditional love begins undefined - how does it end - what is it after human beings have done every imaginable evil? God’s character is revealed to be corrupt - God is shown to be an absolute monster. There is absolutely NOTHING beautiful about a God whose 'love' is unconditional. While Calvinism is false doctrine (see the verses at the bottom as proof) is it correct to say that Calvinists believe in a gospel built on God’s unconditional love? The Calvinist could argue that because they believe no-one has the freedom to do wrong or right (because God has predestined everyone to do these things) they don’t believe that God’s love is unconditional. However practically speaking this isn’t how things work out - since Calvinists treat the leader - and everyone who follows the leader and professes a faith - as the elect (for no known reason - a changed life is not proof that someone will continue in the faith - see Romans 11:22, 2 Peter 2:20, Hebrews 10:29, Hebrews 6:4-6) - even when those people are involved in free, knowing, and wilful sin. This contradicts the end of Romans 2 which makes clear that outward things (like circumcision, and baptism, and professing faith) are of no value when people don't live a changed life. So that’s my message - be constantly watching out for whether God’s love is being presented in a way that is consistent or inconsistent with his being holy. Be constantly listening out for whether grace is presented as God’s acceptance of people even as they use their FREEDOM and AWARENESS to run from God - or turn away from God - or whether grace is presented as ours only for as long as we remain united with God through faith - with this unity proven by our being CONSTANTLY made more like Christ. Unconditional love can hide in a different form - in the form of unconditional election - the idea that God chose a minority of people to be saved (and therefore sovereignly sanctified) without factoring anything other than his choice into the decision. Acts 10:34-35 ESV So Peter opened his mouth and said: “Truly I understand that God shows no partiality, but in every nation anyone who fears him and does what is right is acceptable to him". Why do these verses destroy unconditional election? Because if unconditional election is true Peter's seeing a few Gentiles get saved doesn't lead to the conclusion that God intends to save anyone other than the Gentiles Peter just saw get saved. Yet Peter is clearly implying that more Gentiles have a real opportunity to be saved. The only way to interpret the verses above is if they are intended to be a statement of INCLUSION - which rules out unconditional election. And sure enough - when we look elsewhere in scripture we find out that God uses foreknowledge before ALL predestining of people to be saved: Romans 8:29 ESV For those whom he foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, in order that he might be the firstborn among many brothers. If God's election is unconditional why would God need to foreknow anything? It is the unconditional love false gospel which is leading much of the UK church to oblivion - and which in the US in the form of Calvinism is providing a theological basis for adherents to consider their enemies irredeemable - disaster! (The unconditional love gospel dominating the UK - and the Calvinism that dominates the US - are in fact two sets of beliefs which are logically one - a single false gospel. For PROOF that this is the case - I doubt that many people if any people have recognised that the beliefs of The Gospel Coalition are logically one with the beliefs of Justin Welby and Stephen Cottrell and their bishops - read the document below - and your eyes will be opened!) www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/gqwfn1m03i5g3ym6mahph/Philip-Benjamin-The-Liberal-Calvinist-Gospel.pdf?rlkey=k3ycvglhu40ka8g0u7e20nf3y&st=oljwqecc&dl=0
