You don't need to shower daily, unless you exercise alot. Water that is to warm is bad for your skin,keep the water cool. To much water and bodywash isn't good for the skin. Also hair doesn't need to be washed daily. You will get a build up of shampoo/conditioner on thee hair which isn't ideal for it.

Hmmm, I'll still unsure which to choose. I have well water so no issues with chlorine or fluoride, but plenty of calcium, magnesium, copper due to hard water. Any insight on which filter best for this specifically? My youngest daughter has eczema that is agitated by our hard water. We already have a whole house sediment filter, but I'm looking to capture the Ca, Mg, & Cu... Regardless, thanks for the video! We have used AquaBliss before and I was debating trying AquaEarth instead.
