Willie Obiano (Akpokuedike) performed wonders and layed an example that no governor can meet. For Anambra state to have a governor like Akpokuedike will not be easy in resent time.

One secret with governance in Anambra state is that you can build heaven and earth all around the state, but if you abandon the cities, especially Onitsha, then your problem just started. People living in places like Onitsha are the people going to sing your praise, in this state after you're gone, not people living in rural areas. Willie, I applaud your good works, but you abandoned Onitsha and Nnewi. Onitsha completely died in your 8 years of governance. No single major road project, but instead, you gave them a roundabout😢 at DMGS in 8 whole years. And the city literally collapsed. I just hope Soludo learns this secret. Target Onitsha, Nnewi and Awka. Target these places. Spend more money in these places. They are the cities laying the golden eggs for this state. As a governor, People need to feel your presence. People in Onitsha and Nnewi didn't know we had a governor for 8 years.

The only thing good about the airport is the run way apart from it, it looks like just warehouse. I thought they said it was copied from Germany best airport? Please go to Ebonyi state and see the airport Dave Umahi build and even spent lesser amount on that. We have to call spade a spade, if South East is to be permitted to have an international airport that won't need to transit to Lagos then I will vote for Ebonyi airport despite I'm from Anambra.
