I recall seeing them perform at Knotts Berry Farm one year, maybe late 85 thru early 87 as my junior high marching band got to perform through the parade in the park then we got to stay the rest of the day. I bought a cast photo that was signed by a number of the cast members. I might still have it somewhere, but can't recall if it made it in the move 5 years ago.

This TV show should of gotten a string of musical Awards because of the movings and so much successful this show had made for sure

She seems genuinely happy and excited to be part of this, like (if this were in-person) she'd be greeting everyone with warm hugs and wanting lots of pics taken.

This show was my world. I wanted to be a dancer and singer, I was studying dance, very dedicated, and I lived for the show every week. Brilliant to see kids performing all the big songs of the time. All the latest crazy 80s fashion. It was thrilling for me. I wanted to be Martika. It's funny, I didn't even realize Fergie was THAT girl in KI 😂. I saw an interview or doc about her once she blew up with Black Eyed Peas, and I was like, wait, she's THAT Stacy?! There's nothing like Kids Incorporated. Nothing. I feel so blessed to have grown up during those times. Happy Birthday, Kids Incorporated! 🎉🎉🎉🎈🎈🎈❤️❤️❤️

I am 50 and I loved this show. I wanted to be Martika and of course I wish I could sing even a 10th of what Fergie can and could at 8 yeats old. This was wonderful to come across. Thank you Susan.

I'll never forget being in the audience for season 5, episode 5 "You Don't Say." This podcast is so neat. I adored Stacy as a little kid. I remember chickening out when the audience was asked if we had any questions for the cast.

My god, this show brings back so many memories, especially the early episodes in the first few seasons and its not just show itself, but the memories of that time in my life. I lost my sister recently and its a something we loved watching together and it really has me thinking of her today. And, btw, had a big crush on Martika and her character 🙂

There needs to be a reunion movie, with as much of the cast as possible

I grew with this show all of Disney and Nickelodeon . We didn’t have cable for most years but my friends did . We did our homework with snacks and watching these two networks. They were the best of my childhood .

I highly recommend streamyard if you’re going to continue doing this in the future rather than zoom… Streamyard is set up for you to be able to do podcasts like this

Thank you for that TV show from the 1980s some was born 1974 and I remember it was on Sundays it wasn't Britney Spears in that show beautiful performances where are these kids today or not like today's kids very selfish it was a unique show I remember it I think it was on Nickelodeon 2 and wasn't it back in the hay day and the Reagan administration how much will you remember this fond du lac Wisconsin Waters elementary School❤

Love this podcast. I gotta start finding the Kids Inc. shows on UA-cam. This might be a long shot, but y’all should get Mario Lopez on the podcast. He did spend a couple seasons on Kids Inc.

I used to watch Kids Inc. when it aired on The Disney Channel when I was young. It’s amazing you got some of the O.G.’s of Kids Inc., including Fergie. That’s amazing. Keep the nostalgia alive for us 80s kids. K… I… D… S… Yeah!

I remember years ago, I went to see Justin Timberlake in concert in Cincinnati, OH. My little sister was a huge JT fan and wanted me to go with her. Anyways, we drove from Nashville to Cincinnati for the concert, and a fairly new band was opening up. The Black Eyed Peas. And, I remember, at one point, I said to my little sister-who was very much an adult- “That’s Stacy from Kids in Corporated!” And she said “WTF are you talking about-no it isn’t!” And I’m pretty sure she had binoculars,…Yeah we were that far away,… anyways, she took the binoculars, and then looked at me, and freaked out! She was in disbelief that I was able to recognize her. Honest to goodness…. It was her face (of course) but her VOICE was the real kicker. I knew then, EVEN then, it was her❤
