It’s one with peel and stick adhesive side that allows a mount to slide and click into. I use that along with a floating cover for the GoPro just in case. It looks like it’s on a gimbal only because of a setting on the GoPro itself that smoothes out bumpy video.

The lake is probably too low too do that this year, but one thing that really helps is getting some water shoes to help grip the tray. You basically need to do some bunny hops until you can lift the back end with your legs and push the nose into the water

I own a 2012 superjet as well as the SXR and a 92 550. I have posted many other videos besides this one .. I like them all for different reasons

Congrats on the purchase.. I want to get a better wave jumping video next season for sure. I also started trying the same tail slide but at a much faster entry speed late last season and seemed like a nice improvement. There are some other little things that are fun to try but doesn't make for good video

Same for me, Hero 8.. you will need gps enabled. I use the go pro app and it is under the pencil icon and then stickers. Seems to work best if you save a the clip to “photos” with speedometer included and then add that clip to a new project with other edits.

It's the hardest to freestyle because it's the heaviest stand up on the market and ment for bouy racing lol. Kawi has all ways been the turd of the freestyle world because there so wide long and heavy as heck. Superjet and aftermarket companies are what you want to ride for tricks. Especially non 4 stroke models. To heavy

For sure. I did pick up a 2012 Yamaha Superjet this year and hope to do a similar comparison video. SXR and Superjet are both great for different reasons.
