Welcome to our family channel! Ginger Vibes is, well about a family of red heads! Tracy & I thought it would be fun to document some of fun, crazy and what we think are interesting stories of our journey so that one day our children could look back and share with their children! This channel is about family, travel, life, events, technology, cars, boats and just about anything else we decide to post for the heck of it!
LF Ranch Montana
I was fortunate enough to be invited to the unbelievably breathtaking LF Ranch for my company’s Q2 board meeting. My business cofounder and I brought our wives and top leadership to experience the ranch. The LF Ranch is a working cattle ranch with 42,000+ acres of mountain range, prairie, streams, ponds and borders lewis and Clark national park. Simply amazing!

Best kept secret beach vacation in FL

Tracy, Izzy, Miles and I spend time at one of our favorite beach destination’s in FL, Cape San Blas. Even though the area took a direct hit from Hurricane Michael, which was one of only two hurricanes to hit land as a category five storm, it is back thriving with some noticeable beach erosion but still awesome!

We Had a Hollywood Movie Filmed at Our House!
It looks developed not "pristine" and as a 3M shareowner, I am happy there are plans to sell it.
Price?
I got stuck there in sand 😢
The beach looks beautiful! We will be camping at the state park there shortly.
It’s a nasty place. Full of terrorists and alligators.
Yes, we like Cape San Blas too. Our usual trips are to St George Island, Mexico Beach, Cape San Blas or Indian Pass.
do you have a picture of the pricing maybe for the 1295 fly from the boat show because it has huge discounts and want to see the major difference
Hi
My wife and I used to vacation down there with our kids in the 80's and 90's. Even back then the cape was eroding in places and Michael wasn't the first hurricane to impact that area. The rock seawall right as you turn out to the main peninsula marks the spot where the peninsula was almost cut through by a hurricane from before we went there. That rock seawall was added after further erosion from a close miss hurricane back in the late eighties or early nineties. Long before we started vacationing there, houses were located along that stretch as well as trees. That area was called the stump hole because off shore there were the remains of tree stumps as well as the septic tanks from homes that used to be where the ocean is now. Beautiful area though. From your aerial footage I can see there are more homes down there now. Back some years ago there were the beachfront homes and usually a row or two of homes behind them. It looks like now the homes pretty much go all the way to the road, both from the gulf side as well as the bay side. Looking on google earth it appears that the gulf from Indian Pass all the way to the curve at the rock wall has also been mostly developed. Our first year in that area we rented a home at Indian Pass, but the water down there was always too murky from the tidal outflow from Apalachicola Bay.
Is this a good place to find shells and shark teeth?
It has some shells but mostly broken ones and honestly we’ve never found any shark teeth…yet. 😜
The tip on the state park is the best for that.
I prefer Hallandale beach or Hollywood beach Florida two beautiful beaches and lot of lounges to enjoy.
We were there the end of May 2023. I was extremely unimpressed! This was the ugliest beach I have ever been too on the gulf! Yes I am serious and I love the beach.
I am going to St. George Island in a week from now, not far away from you were. If i plan it right, the timing, I will visit Cape San Blas on my there. Cant wait for my vacation time to start.
It’s awesome. Make sure you eat at skullys low country broil!
I see it’s being sold
So cute❤

She is way overdressed to be jumping from Willie t’s.
What’s the title of the intro song?
Jacob Lee - Chariot
Sorry to have to complain, but you need to sort out your sound. Far too much wind noise, which ruined your commentary. In addition to that, your soundtrack is overpowering you voice. Nothing wrong with the Mini Moke. They are perfectly good vehicles. It's lack of maintenance on the pert of the Hire Center, that is the problem. I trust you asked for a refund.
mr.Good night! you shared amazing ,do you want more views?, have a nice day- )
That sweet girl feeding her baby brother was precious 💕
Back in the day. Awoman would get booed for jumping off the Willie T with her top still on. The ladies would jump topless off and get a Willie T T shirt when they submerged and got back to the bar.....Oh those were some sites
Used to get a free drink for diving off nude. That changed. Remember seeing a pic of a nudist that I guess showed up every day for a while, on the old Willie T.

Great recap!
We are Saved by Grace Through FAITH NOT WORKS. Salvation is a free gift from GOD given to those all who will believe LORD JESUS CHRIST DIED AS A SALVATION LAMB for our sins by the BLOOD OF LORD JESUS CHRIST HIS BLOOD CLEANSES Our Sins (WHEN YOU BELIEVE IT)!!
No thanks. Your wife and daughters won't be safe in church. Everyone in the "club" likes to turn a blind eye to their preachers serial cheating. Well, that was until I busted him. He was fired, divorced...Again.
I would never be tied to the grid. Once the grid goes down your system goes down. What’s the point?
Your using a glowatt app. So 18 KW, maybe a bit low. I would want 45 KW at least, more if using a electric car.
20kW is such an enormous system. I'm a bit envious. The 20-year payback doesn't sound right at all though, but generally speaking throwing batteries into an installation has never been economic in terms of pay-back. Still, 20 years seems too long even with a small battery system, unless you also have whole-house backup for when the grid is down (verses just net-zeroing with the batteries in a grid-tie system), in which case things can get expensive in a hurry. Strictly grid-tie without batteries has always been the most economical solution with the shortest payback... even with the low $0.03/kWh grid payments and even if the electric company won't net-out the day. It tends to make more sense to take the $$ that would have been spent on batteries and just throw that into more solar panels. The second issue is ... 20kW is really an enormous system, so why isn't that bill negative every month? Is the pool really burning up that much power? Does the house have AC but the AC isn't running efficiently? There might be avenues for reducing your power consumption. It really is an enormous amount of power... like 110kWh/day in summer. * Pool pump timing * Get a heat-pump water heater and a very large tank programmed to top-up the water temperature before 4pm. * Check AC consumption and run times over the year. * Check overnight power draw from midnight to 6am to see what the minimum draw is on the house. This can often be cut in half or more with just modest work. My TV wasn't going into sleep mode, I replaced my outside lighting with LEDs that automatically turned on and off based on dalight detection, LED lights inside all around, etc. I was amazed at how much 'vampire' draw I could get rid of. A lot of surprising consumption often comes out of the woodwork. If you can cut your power consumption even just a tad it can drop your payback period from 20 years to 15... possibly without too much effort.
Keep in mind I added a power upgrade for $10k and the batteries so if you take those out the payback would of been much better. Also the pool has (3) pumps due to the water features and they all run at various times to keep water filtered etc.
Also, we size our systems for the cloudy winter days.
That's the boat my wife and I are hoping to buy. Fly bridge and all!.. Very nice. Hope there will be more boat videos.
Thanks we love it and yes we will post more videos!
I think if your looking at 20 year payback (ignoring the resale vale of the system) then you've overpaid. There's no doubt in my mind that by far the best value for money is simply a good quality string inverter (SMA in my case) and put as many solar panels as you can on to it. Be it 4kw, 8kw, 12kw. Your looking at under 8 year pay back (more like 4-5 in the UK where already high electricity costs recently doubled). As soon as you start listening to the salesmen and spending $$$ on optimisers and batteries and all the other gubbins you simply just increase and increase the payback period.
I really liked telling the power company to turn off our meter. No more padding execs pockets, paying fuel surcharges and paying more school taxes.
You are correct! And I do say that if I did it again I would of gone with Tesla as they have a lower cost per watt. I was also adding a power upgrade to the house to benefit from the tax deduction as a total project.
Great boat! Can you share the price tag on it?
Thanks and it was about $354k in 2019. I understand this same boat with same options would be $400k plus
I guess it is an irrelevant question to ask how many years/decade to pay back. Most owners don’t know the answer, for it’s not about money.
Ask everyone that buys the jacked up 4wd, $80K trucks what their ROI is. I can guarantee my maintainance, repairs and lifespan will be better than today's junk trucks.
Agree, I knew the payback was not going to be the big driver for us being how much power we draw and what I added on to the build
@@gingervibesfamily5999 I retire an electrical engineer. I build 1KW system, now into 2nd year. Hands on fun fulfillment ok. $900 in all. I saved $500 this year, running fans and air conditioning in scorching Vegas 110degrees. 3500’ home. Next year I have paid up. After owning the system there’s still maintenance. In all, it is a pleasant experience. Besides electrical/structural I also focus on architecture presentation.
@@gingervibesfamily5999 when people ask me about payback, I ask them when is there payback for their electric company.
