Yay! Thank you! Excited about finally getting on video!
I needed to hear that today ❤
I'm so glad it found you at the right time
I really like how you've mentioned the saying by Seneca, "We suffer more in imagination than in reality," because it sums up a lot. We tend to worry about things that might go wrong, causing us more stress than the actual events themselves. With overthinking, we imagine many scenarios (stories) that are unlikely to happen. It's trying to get our minds around this and back on the right track, and you help us navigate these things in a realistic, doable way. 😊🤘🤙👍🏊♀🏄♀
Yes exactly! That is exactly what happens and that's why learning to manage our minds is so crucial to our happiness!
Excited for this 🎉
Me too!!! 🥳
Introduction finishes at 6:57: -> "What the point of the book is... "
Well done. I’m reading the book now.
Always great to find another Elie Mystal interview! Thanks for uploading.
Thank you so much for your amazing podcast! It's very inspiring, empowering and gives me a lot of strength, motivation, courage and faith whenever I'm in doubt about trying something new.
Thank you so much! I'm so glad it has helped :)
Oh wow. I'm only 5 minutes in and this is my story except I'm a therapist.
It's amazing how many of us have the same journey. I hope it helps!

These interviews are awesome, very inspiring. Thank you for sharin g 😀
Lololol. "...drab, grey cubicles.....I have got to get outta here!" I can relate, I just didn't say "I have got to get outta here" until 21 years later, lol, but no regrets!
Thank you for creating this podcast! I mean it! I started listening very recently, but had already been working towards leaving my job of 21 years....which I just retired early from on February 26th, with no concrete plan. I really didn't care anymore, whether there was a plan or not. I had to leave..painful or not. So thank you sooooo much for your podcast. It's even given me an idea for doing a podcast series myself.....hey why not?! Sky's the limit! :)
