Nice controlled negatives, but isn’t the cue to have chest proud for peak contraction? You would’t curl your body forward when trying to do a lat pulldown or row.
This is namely a grip exercise
@@kalvinlangenberg8152LMAO did you really just called this a grip exercise?
Those have to be 25s or 10s… if not by the gods
lol yeah they’re 10s
VVhite folks sports lol
Thanks for the tutorial!
YOU BET!
Zero benefit as Dr Mike would say
Chase the stimulus
@@lhcoaching isolation doesn't achieve greater stimulus... isolation is meant for symmetry
@@THE_CHOAS_ENGINEthis exercise is not for hypertrophy. Not everyone wants to be a body builder
@lhcoaching thats a cop out response. I can tell you're a johnny come lately trainer. What you said is like women saying they don't lift weights because they just want to tone. All weight lifting is body building. All weight lifting is hypertrophic. You took my scientifically true comment, which stated that isolation exercises are only for symmetry of strength, shape and appearance and dismissed it by saying nonsense like "not everyone wants to become a bodybuilder". Again... all weight training, without exception... IS body building.
@@THE_CHOAS_ENGINE Let me guess... You don't play sports
Пацан у тебя там стоит , успокойся

Assisted Sots press
Thanks
You bet!
I can feel my back calling my doctor for me. But I bet it does work though
Hah definitely try some easier regressions first
What’s up man, great vids! I gotta question. In your opinion, how do you seperate mobility/stability/balanca/core work, and actual lifting, such as bench, rows, squats, etc. I’m 24, and want to definitely up my mobility training, without sacrificing too much gains. Thanks man
Great question dude! Follow me on insta and reach out through the DM’s and I’ll send you my guide to programming! @longhaulcoaching
Trying to reinvent the dragon flag?
Nah the dragon flag doesn’t open the shoulders and ribcage as much
I think this video makes some really good points and is a really interesting topic. I think it would be worth downloading the transcript and kind of analyzing the main points and creating a video series about some of these ideas. Me, you sound particularly strong around the 16 minute mark with those points, and again around 20. Thank you for all this work! Hope lots of people sign up for your program.
Thank you for the kind words! That’s a great idea
Nothin wrong with a little nipple slippage
Indeed
Thanks for this content sharing mate 🫡

Yeet!
Is this more of a stretch or is it an actual workout?
It’s a stretch 🙌
I don't know anything about working out but it looks like you have a good posture. Keep it up!
Thank you!!!!
I really went back and forth on agreeing and disagreeing with you. I think it comes down to word choices. You used "faith" where I might use "belief". You used "truth" where I might use "something that works". Very interesting meditation tho, keep it up!
Truth is different than what is true. Belief is the intellectual acceptance of what is preceded to be true through faith. Knowing what is true requires faith and belief. Defining what works is general, situational, and individual. Someone can still take that to mean that absolute truth doesn’t exist and it’s just all up to interpretation… but that would assume that they are right. 🤷

It was a privilage to spend the time with you Kal 🙏 (Next time I'll have my office finished lol)

I tend to be strick at first and then on the few last rep I use a little bit of Momentum to do more reps. Good vid!

Thanks fam... I was looking for something new! I've never done this in my 20 years of lifting... 🤜🤛 #StayBlessed
You betcha!!!
Brief and valuable.
Thank you!
Great information!!
you dont want to extend the knee in B skips, it teaches you to do that while running and causes injury. the knee never reaches full extension while running so it wouldnt make sence to not only do it in a drill but do it in an even more injury risk movement
@@AlexIgSmith42 when hips have flexed the demonstration extends the knee then extends the hip which is going to teach incorrect mechanics
@@jaycollett2853 these are not running drills. There’s no such thing as injury prevention. Just smart training using progressive overload and creating more ability in the body
@@lhcoaching these are running drills, they’re used to break down and teach the mechanics of the running gait. Teaching to run with proper mechanics versus improper is going to prevent injury. If you run under your com that is going to prevent your injury from braking forces. Doesnt matter if you progressive overload if your mechanics are incorrect it is a matter of time when an injury happens
@@jaycollett2853 I wish the world was that black and white. But when you analyze sprinters and their technique at the highest level you’ll find that proper finning mechanics are a bi product of being a good mover not the other way around. Usain Bolt has the most unconventional running form and yet he’s the best because he’s learned to adapt his body to most efficient patterns necessary. Injury are too multidimensional to boil it down to improper mechanics. There are too many factors and hence no reason to overcomplicate and over coach athletes. Make them strong in all ranges of motion and the best athletes will figure it out because the best athletes always do
@@lhcoaching yeah I agree there is no “one size fits all” running style and yeah usain bolts style was pretty unconventional but he still has the fundamentals such as landing properly and performing the swing phase efficiently. Landing and having your leg fully extend is a disadvantage to anyone and the way you demonstrated Bskips will teach athletes how to kill their speed and ruin their hamstrings from braking forces. If you break down any high level sprinter, non of them extend their leg past their knee and non of the fully extend their knee upon landing

I think I was doing triceps push-ups for years unknowingly. These look like great tips, especially the ones about the wrist may come in handy.
