Ehh, the area is okay. I'm currently located in south Orange County and its been amazing.

My choice is number 1. The primary bath/shower/closet area is just beyond fantastic. I also prefer the outside area.

First house was sold for 11 million dollars. Her budget was 5. How did that happen? Found it funny they never mentioned price on that house

First one has ugly stonework and dated kitchen. BUT, the best beach. Number 2 is the best house... Not clear about the beach access. Number 3 not close enough to the water.

I lived in Calabasas for seven years until the 2018 Woolsey fire chased me away. Beautiful area, great amenities, great shopping, farmers market, and restaurants. …….but the people AREN’T friendly at all, and while the schools may be “great”, the kids that go to those schools are ENTITLED, SPOILED, and also not nice. 🤷🏼‍♂️. It’s a very MATERIALISTIC place……but very beautiful!! 😎🥂
