There was a long setup to go through but just the normal process. There was an error that I had to look up. the last error was a ram issue that I fixed in task manager..... I must mention that I also I have the top model so far.

My work around for that is to hit relaunch 10-15x and change the control mode in command center after each "star citizen has stopped running" and also undocking seems to help launch it after its launched i plug into port. Also your memory usage needs to be down in the 30% range in task manager. I dont know that is all coincedence but it seem changing control modes each time helps.

There is a small glitch or whatever that allows you to use the touch screen to open doors and call your ship. I just used the controller and touch screen. By glitch I mean that touching the screen where the call elevator button is actually worked. As well as selecting and calling your ship. There was some weird button malfunction do to the camera but a little play gets it to work like if you had a mouse. I even started my ship that way... I haven't tried the game in docked mode.

The only time I’ve been able to log on successfully to this is when I logged in with my username and password!! It will pop up as a screen for you to login :)!!

The way to bypass any captive portal web page logins for a Wi-Fi network I found is using a vpn. The vpn uses its isp on its server through the network so your phone thinks it’s using the free Wi-Fi network just with vpns isp. The problem is you need a internet connection first to connect to the vpn so it can get the server information that the vpn is using then once connected to vpn switch off either cellular data or get off of other Wi-Fi network you were on that has internet first. Sorry the only way this is gonna work is with a internet connection to securely connect to the vpn fist.

@@JCRUZx91 I'm using a regular VPN. While I'm using a regular VPN I'm connecting to Xfinity home service which is a paid internet service... Butt for free.

@@lavarball4470 it's because the hotspot doesn't offer service until you log in. There's but a few services that allow you to use Wi-Fi to log into the Wi-Fi. This basically works because Xfinity service like a few other services gives Wi-Fi to allow you to log into the portal to use the Wi-Fi.
