Not essential but you should have some place to stay. In case immigration officer may asked you details of accommodation. University only gives you link to visit yourself and book an available places provided by housing agencies. Housing agency should provide you address with your booking.

You can get an appointment on given dates, It depends how many hours are you offered working in a McDonalds or a restaurant. Average for a full time is about 26k Sek before tax according trade unions.

Passed with any CGPA can apply for universities in Sweden, But try to gain good grades in your final exams and IELTS scores in order to compete with merit listing. Good luck

Yes, they have to visit Swedish Embassy in Ethiopia for their Biometrics.

There are vocational programs in Sweden without any tuition fees. But they are all in Swedish. As well Swedish Migrations board does not entertain the way as degree programs admitted students in Swedish universities.

Select Swedish Embassy in Ethiopia. You will travel once again to Ethiopia for collecting residence permit card.
