You can play rhythm games as an activity but you can't really use it as an identity. If you lost your capacity to use your hands and could no longer play rhythm games you're not going to stop being yourself. It's a category error.

This was very obviously clicked in and not played with a keyboard and then edited. There's nothing wrong with clicking in, but when you say "touch a piano," the implication is that it's played.
