Wow, that was gooooood. I was almost asleep, but something playing on my PC that I'd put on earlier (I usually have to have something playing on PC in combination with ASMR of my phone to keep me asleep) snapped me out of it, but even after that I was still really "low"; even now, my limbs feel heavy.
