it wasn’t necessarily talking down on hip-hop. it was just clarification that he’s not a rapper, but just a musician. he loves every genre, he loves combining genres- and although he can’t do that to the extent he wants to due to the record label, he’s always made different styles of music and combined nice blends of different elements.

Appreciate the video Snoopi. Big reason R&B is lacking is because starting with radio, these major outlets aren’t letting this R&B talent out here see the light of day. It’s the turn up era and DJ’s and radio hosts wanna keep their jobs and won’t even risk playing real music that resonates with the soul. It’s all about what’s hot and what can be played in the club. There’s blame to be put on some of these artists too for sure but I feel alot of the reason why R&B artists are so minimal with drops is because they’re sensitive to the fact that even though they could make a great R&B project, the bounce and the hype in songs is what sticks more nowadays. All in all, I put just as much blame on music outlets as I do the artists but there are some R&B artists who are slackin’ greatly no question about it.

I love her and her music. She has this nostalgic, vintage and like euphoric sound to her voice and music. She gonna be at the festival in nyc June 9th… I’m excited asl

Also, I found funny your commentary on Beyonce mentioning all those luxury brands😂 I just love how at the end of Summer Renaissance she reiterates that followed by “Birkins them shits in storage” and “I’m in my bag”.
