What stage system you have?

When I installed this same kit on my 2022 a few weeks ago.. I ran into the same problem getting the intercooler & fan assembly to fit. The fan & intercooler "did not" go into place per the instructions (as a complete unit). Rather than cut the chassis, I slipped the fan down through the chassis/ mounts (sat it on the motor) and then installed the intercooler on the frame mounts. From under, I installed/ attached the fan to the intercooler. Also, RPM logo on intercooler "does not" face the back of the car per instructions, mine faced forward towards the back seat. In addition, the turbo to intercooler charge tube was about 1" short of seating where it should be on the turbo...it took a lot of pulling and cussing to get it to fit. I don't like it, but that's just the way it fit!!! Nice quality parts, but damn, it was a pain to install.

Only reason my hitch is still on is to save the rear end. Love the look and get the struggle to get as low as possible but it's time for a step notch and coilovers/bags. I've been dropping/lifting trucks since the 90's and stacking blocks is dangerous. Sometimes taking a turn too quick can cause them to buckle. If you choose to keep them you will want to check the u-bolt torque after a few miles then again at about 100 miles then every 500mi after that. Since this is 3 weeks old I would definitely check the torque if you haven't already. U-bolts can stretch due to axle torque and aluminum blocks can compress over time. Both of these together can cause very violent failures. Truck does look good though. 😁
