Growing Microgreens & Salad Greens Indoors
🌱🌱 This winter I’m growing my own microgreens and salad greens INDOORS! If you don’t have garden space outdoors, live in a cold climate where you can’t grow through the winter, or want to ensure #foodsecurity, then growing indoors is a great option.
On January 10, 2022 I planted speckled pea microgreens as well as green onions, cilantro, spinach and lettuce indoors under grow lights. I live in Victoria BC, zone 8, and we’ve had a good dump of snow in the last couple of weeks. The temperatures are far too cold in the winter here to grow much so I’m trying my hand at growing indoors.

The bed is the worst after an ab surgery . I'm ordering a recliner 😂. Ask for gas x as soon as you wake up! I'm asking for my prilosec ant acid also.
Thank you for sharing your story. I can totally relate to you. I've had my total abdominal hysterectomy last Thursday 24.10.24. vertical incision, one 22cmx17cm fibroid and several similar sized ones around it. Biggest problem so far was passing wind and si far i am struggling to open my bowels. I'm now on paracetamol and ibuprofen, I'm not taking any Codeine Phosphate. We are doing small walks around our house outside. Nothing excessive. Last night was far easier to sleep than ever. Anyway, onwards and upwards. That alien is gone from my body, good bye excruciating lower back pain, and maybe even my sciatic nerve pain and femoral nerve pain will be gone. Fingers crossed. Thank you for sharing xxx
23:00 yrs...that has pain is like being stabbed.
Why didn't he dissect that fibroid in sections so smaller incision or even through vagina so no incision ? Your surgery was so similar down to the time to arrive and surgery timeexcept I stayed only one night and left afternoon next day and hadn't walked except once for a minute. They didn't teach how to get in and out of beds or chairs. Didn't teach how to breathe. Didn't address diet allergies 😕😔 so developed even more gas.
Thank you. I have been practicing not using abs.
The page for the tracker says page not found.
Actually it’s saying page not found.
Where are you? Why aren’t you posting? Hope everything is okay ❤
Very helpful! Thank you so much!
Stop all sugars and fats. Stop the supply to all fibroids. Surgery is soo unnecessary. I cancelled my hysterectomy and shrunk a large fibroid myself.
My fibroid is 31cm x 17cm 🤔
omg I named my huge fibroid Blobert (rhymes with Robert). I even got my doctor calling it that lol!
I love this positive video on this type of surgery. It is very helpful. I have mine scheduled in 2 weeks and I’m trying not to freak out. As terrified as I am, I’m also ready to go back MY normal. My quality of life is not the same. I’ve started to self isolate only because I don’t feel like myself and I’m ready to just be me again. This video helped tremendously to ease my anxiety. And you gave great tips on how to try and help your body adjust to the temporary pain and how to function during the healing. Ty!❤
Hello! I just had my surgery two weeks ago. It was scary for me because I've never had surgery before. This was my first time. But don't be scared. It wasn't that bad. I thought recovery was going to be painful, but mine wasn't too bad. Like the video says, the hardest part in recovery was getting up off the bed, and getting back on the bed. But once you're up. No pain. Once you're lying down in bed, as long as I laid on my back. There was no pain. Once thing I can say that was the most painful for me, was that I had a slight cough here and there for the first week. Each cough was PAINFUL. I just wanted to cry each time I coughed. But like I said, it was only like one cough here. One cough there during the day. Anyways, good luck on your surgery. You'll do fine. Since I've had my surgery, I've heard that its a very, very common procedure for women. Good luck and speedy recovery to you!
Thank you so much h for this video and for sharing. I’m terrified to go through this surgery in a couple of months. I have 6 fibroids and a belly that looks at least 4 months pregnant. I’ve been so hungry lately so I’ve put on some pounds too. Did u have a laparoscopic surgery?
Have you use Agbara Fibroid Remover?? It is a life saver for any woman suffering from Fibroid and other infertility problem
Thanks for sharing but I was curious if you had any constipation issues?
Thank you !!! How the heck do you practice not using abs. Is there like a video example , ha sorry I’m a visual learner
Thanks I am glad I found this…❤❤❤
Thank you for this very helpful video
Try Agbara Fibroid Remover Cleanser
@@leyvamichelle no, stop hurting people with fake cures.
I have 27 cm fibroid and have been putting surgery off. I am afraid of surgery and any problems during or after.
Look you do not need to undergo surgery Just go to the herbal Market and Buy Agbara Fibroid Remover and use it for 3 weeks , No matter the size of that Fibroid it will shrink completely and it will never come back.. This Natural herbal medication is a life saver for women who are suffering from Fibroid, Cyst, and other infertility infections.
Thankyou for including so much detail. As an Autistic woman, the detail is exactly what I needed to feel comfortable, and I feel awkward asking for it. I’m booked in for 2 weeks time for a robotic laparoscopic total hysterectomy. I have a lot of stairs at home, so that, and constipation are what now worry me. I don’t know what symptoms my fibroids are giving me, other than non-stop periods and incontinence, so I will be interested to find out what changes afterwards.
Had partial yesterday and could not go pee so had to get cath . It comes out tomorrow praying i can pee normal now
Use Agbara Fibroid Remover,
Thank you so much for sharing your experience. There aren’t many videos out there whith such detail. I have my surgery in a week and was looking for a video that gave helpful information. This helped a great deal. God bless you!
How is your Fibroid and your surgery process going till Now?? You need Agbara Fibroid Remover to completely removed those Fibroid and prevent them not to regrow again
WOW your presentation is a 1st to mention the joint pain and fatigue. I have been treated for sereonegative RA while being followed for ovarian cysts. Hope the hysterectomy will relieve the pain
Use that natural herbal medication. Agbara Fibroid Remover
Thanks for this video. My fibroid is 20cmx18cmx12cm, and "eviction day" is in 3 weeks. I really appreciate your video and you sharing your experience.
go for Agbara Fibroid Remover, This Natural herbal Medication is a life saver for any woman suffering from this
I had 9 surgeries in my life and to be honest I been very scared to have this Hysterectomy, but after hearing your video I am more confident that everything will be fine. I have joint pain. Backaches and menorragia at least 3 times a month. I have several fobroids scattered around so I was a little sad my husband and I tried to get pregnant and had 2 missed carriages, which I know now it was the fibroids he and I have kids but it was still a desire we had to have another baby 😢😢 anyways I am grateful to you for this video.
Try to use Agbara Fibroid Remover to get Rid of your Fibroid and Boost Your Fertility and have another Baby again
How did you find stairs after surgery.
What worsen (FIBROIDS) is the fact that you don't know if there is a herbal cure for it yet, I shrunk my multiple fibroids after using (Dr ALUDA) herbal medicine on UA-cam.✅🎉
i loved your video.
Great! Selections!! Happy Holidays🌲💚
Same exact story as you I had a ufe 🙄🫣do not recommend mine was 15 cm as well but I had a c section and tummy tuck saying they cannot do the surgery 😢
Thank you for this video. I’m scheduled for an abdominal hysterectomy December 20. I hope that I can reach out afterwards if I have any questions. God bless you. Praying for your continued healing.
This is such a great detailed video. Over 80% of your story prior to surgery is me. Listening to your experience is great for any woman going through this procedure. Thank you, hope you’re doing well a year later. ❤
Why did you not go to urgent care or the E. R?
Did you have heavy bleeding and anemia before the surgery?
May I ask what digestive issues did you have before the surgery? I have large fibroids and hope the surgery will help
Wonderful video tysm for sharing. My surgery is in early January and I’m nervous. I have no help at home so I’ll be doing this alone. I’m 60 years old and I’m anxious for this to be over and done.
@robinsummers7928 sending positive energy your way and I hope you are doing well. I hope someone was able to help you at least once during your recovery. If not, you are strong and awesome! *I am two weeks post op.
Sorry for the ranch mix
I can’t seem to pull up your recipe site. 2 questions what. Amount did it say doe chives and what amounts to add to be able to use
Hi thank you for sharing your story...im 16 days post op from a full hysterectomy...its only now im beginning to come around and eat little portions again...i had terrible problems with gas...
I’m 3 weeks post total hysterectomy, and I’m struggling with constipation. I went 5 days after surgery but it’s been 12 days since. Nothing is working and it’s starting to cause pain, and extreme fatigue. My doctor told me to take milk of magnesia and that is not working. Anyone have any tips or suggestions?
I am 52 already my periods comes normal every 30days. My surgery this Thursday Thursday November 2, 2023. I am scared now. Three fibroid one large. hysterectomy ia the best to do? i am not sure if I should remove my ovaries. Doctor told me is upt to me. Please send wise advice, and prayers. be waiting for all your advices.
I am just seeing your post. I am having total hysterectomy and at least one very large fibroid removed.... on Nov 16 2023. Mine will be a vertical incision. Is yours the same? How have things gone?
I had a total robotic hysterectomy on Monday and it’s Thursday. I am up moving around fine. No pain. I took a shower yesterday. I only stayed overnight one night and went home. I think I over prepared. I didn’t have constipation and a small amount of bleeding from the vagina because it was a vaginally assisted hysterectomy. Drink water beforehand and buy an abdominal binder. Those are the two biggest things. You don’t need all of that stuff. It’s just unnecessary and expensive. Prepping meals is helpful.
Just had a total hysterectomy a week ago and recovering a little every day. Hope you are doing well, please let us know how you are feeling a year later.
Like all the other gorgeous ladies above, I’m grateful that you made this video and then I came across it. I enjoy your details and the list you get. I am soon to have a hysterectomy myself. My uterus is full of fibroids not just one but multiple. I have noticed some thing very different in my energy and how try as I may, I couldn’t lose weight and find the energy to want to do it. I thought I was just getting old lol and then I was weaker in my old age. (Only 50) with menopause around the corner. I had a doctor told me to just wait but I’m in pain almost every day I can’t sit for long periods of time and I can’t stand for long periods of time I started over in life and have 11 year old twins that I like to stay active with but right now they have a mom with very low energy but can’t keep up…. Hopefully my weight for a long time but when the pain got too much, I went to the doctor and it turns out that it’s all due to fibroids. Happy to find out that it wasn’t just me and can’t wait to get them taken out. Thank you again for your video.
I am just curious to know if you had your surgery and how it went, and how are you feeling now. Getting ready for a surgery, really scared😢.
Hello, any reason everyone is considering abdominal hysterectomy vs robotic hysterectomy? I keep reading robotic has less complications and considered minimal outpatient surgery with quick recovery time.
❤❤Thank you for sharing. I've subscribed. 😊
I started women’s health check up 18 years ago at age 40. Now in 2023 I have a 220mm fibroid🤔 only after MRI revealed that. I wonder how long it took to grow fibroid that big before a doctor suspect and order MRI??😡 Anyways total abdominal hysterectomy is due Oct11,2023 and your video helps to understand and know what to expect next. Thank you ❤
Any reason why you are not considering robotic hysterectomy? I see that has faster recovery.
@@sahach8504 It was decided by my gynecologist. The size of the fibroid. I am not sure if my insurance Caloptima plays a role. I trust that my gynecologist is the expert and he suggested the best plan for me. What do you think? Please share with me your thoughts. Thank you
I am just one example of no robotic surgery option. Fibroid is large and surgeon can't 100% rule out cancer so he wants to take out the whole system intact. @@sahach8504
My total abdominal hysterectomy surgery is postponed to December 4, 2023 in 2 weeks. My fibroid is 13cm and a thickening of the uterus wall? While on anesthesia, a sample will be sent to the pathologist to see if I have cancer and if it spreads. Something that I am not looking forward to find out
@@annakuman9898hello how are you noe
Thank you so much for your videos... Yr story is so much like mine, only that I didn't have large fibroids... I'm exactly 6 weeks post TAH... And I'm healing just fine... Only I feel so weak in my lower back region and knees. And I'm beginning to have hot flashes... I was diagnosed with Arthritis in 2018... And fibroids was already giving me hell. And today I learn that fibroids causes joint pains.... Do I really have Arthritis ?
Thank you for sharing. Im preparing to have one scheduled. Great tips,i took notes.
Just wondering - what’s the purpose of keeping ovaries in post menopausal women? They’re out of business anyway, plus, if you don’t have ovaries, you can’t get ovarian cancer. It seems that doctors prefer not to remove them tho. I’m confused.
Same thing I would like to know
Thank you
