LOL, Im South African and thats where the Middle Class live. There are places in Sandton for the Rich, Places like Hyde Park. As long as you have a good Job, you can live in that kind of place. Where I live is on the other side of where you where walking. And Its very safe. Dangerous places are the hoods and CBDs

Keeping it clean has nothing to do with money though. All people can keep the areas they live in clean. It just takes basic understanding that littering is foolish and too get a few together in your areas and clean. I have even seen schools doing it in small town's. Then they clean everything in a day. That was school children doing it,so as adults we are to be cable of doing so much more
