Jazz Guitar Etude - Blues in Ab

I recently transcribed a solo from Pat Martino, so I decided to steal some phrases and some concepts from his playing and apply them in a simple Blues in Ab. Hope you like it!

Help the poor (Robben Ford) - Michel Behare

Yeah! Fantastic!
what type of amp are you using?
Nice playing 😊
What recording equipment are you using to sync audio and video?
B Eautiful
Respect Messieurs👍
😂 mine doesn't sound like that!!! Lol!! 🤣😂🤣 Must be something wrong with my guitar 😅😅😅😅😅😅
Sounds like that old show Monk when it first came out.
Perfect
Bravissimo
It feels extremely uncomfortable reading along with the 1 bar displaced notation 😂
Is there a PDF available?
Love the sound!
The only guitar solo that i like of this song
ok, ok...
This guitar sounds so good!
You are a professional player, I want to buy one of these, the seller says they are 6.4 lbs is this true because other sources say they are 8 to 12 lbs?
So, this video is a test of one pickup.
...This guitar for rock and blues ok also? M Thanks
I think Ibanez' Artcore series is a great range. I have the cooking version, with dot inlays & a rosewood fretboard and it makes a great student guitar, bought cheaply second hand. I did fit a pair of Epiphone 'buckers and found I gained some tone complexity... very nicely made, with great wood and hardware, in China.
That's some great playing!!! How did you managed to learn to play like that and all out of your head!?? I always need tabs to play something!
what amp?
Beautiful, what amp you running?
can i play metall with this
Impressive artistry.
Whats the backtrack?
VERY NICE, young man. It does my heart good to know that not all of the young people are not sitting around going, 'wooba wooba wooba' and congratulating themselves for making 'floor' and 'door' rhyme. stay on the path-yer doing great!
What the fuck are you talking about
SO GOOD!👍
Did you get in?
what brand and model is that guitar, please?
Great playing, great sounding guitar. And damn he's handsome
What brand of guitar are you playing? You are a great musician. You sound great🎵
Misty - beautiful!
Fabulous playing.
Just tried out this guitar then a figured top gibson es 335...then this one...then the 335...then this one...then the 335...then this one. I ended up buying this one. Why? Because it has richer tone. Deeper deeps. More "jazzy" highs....maybe a bit too acousticy (think of a taylor guitar plugged in) but you can clean that up with the amp. I also played some power metal on it while trying it out. The humbuckers had good tone even distorted . Great guitar
Couldn’t agree more went to play this one at guitar center and exceeded all expectations! Went back to try to buy it and it was sold! Had to order it online instead
Thanks for making this video, sounds great
AWesome playing! Thanks!
What beautiful playing you do! Thank you
great job! one quick question: are the pickups from the guitar the ones it came with? or did you change them? cause they sound real good
Sounds hella good.............
Certainly a well executed piece, have you tried Tomastik '12s beebop swing flat would?
I have this same guitar and you make it sound so nice! 🤌🤌
I am going to buy this guitar someday because of this video. Thank you
i transcribed all pat martino blues solos i could find..cant recognize his phrases...maybe my ears suck
Does it Djent?
Holy shit that's perfect! What set up was used?
Hello! I found this guitar used for about 350, and I was wondering if you would say that is a good deal, and if you recommend it for a beginner who is interested in playing mostly jazz and blues. (I know it seems weird that I am willing to buy such an expensive guitar as my first, but I saw it was less than its normal price and I really do not want to have to buy another guitar for a while and keep just one for a long time. If purchasing this as a first for the price I am able to get it at is something you recommend, please let me know! If not, let me know if I should just get a really cheap one as my first.) Thank you :)
If you can afford it, go for it! Research what to look out for when buying used and if everything looks good in person, buy it. You should be able to get your money out of it if you ever decide to sell later on too.
this is the best guitar video demonstration of an instrument
