Last night I was lamenting diminished abilities that come from illness, injury, and aging. Like most of us, many treasures have been used and not replaced from my box of ingredients. I don’t want to lament what I don’t have. Surely the remaining ingredients in this box have a specific recipe designed just for me. He’s promised to fulfill His purpose for me. I believe His intention for His kids is always good. Consequently, I am learning to embrace the limited ingredients God puts in my box with contentment, even joy. Blessed by you and Terry.
