Correct, also I believe it is faster than parry into drive rush.
@ohiofgc parry into drive rush at its fastest possible timing is 11 frame start up while a DR cancel has a 9 frame start up, but if you add the start up frames of standing LP that actually makes it quite a bit slower at 16 frames, though I have no idea if he travels the screen any faster with a cancel, I haven't read any info on that. This is cool though, I'm willing to bet most people will not be blocking I this situation lol

Yes, it will leave you -1. There are routes to get a 0 on OD fireball, but none of them are worth it imo.
