I get the frustration. We also already saw people using a bucket full os sealer and dipping the piece in it. Maybe we will try and see if it works out but it feels like it would need a lot of liquid!

@@razzostudio I agree. And its so wasteful. But quite similar to concrete sealing. Have you tried any kind of acrylic spray sealant by any chance?

No, we don’t. We sell a few moulds we don’t use anymore and we always add them to our webshop when that happens. This specific ones, not yet 😄

We bought the longest one. It was so long ago that we can’t remember which one it was 😅

The time depends on the size of the design. We are not cutting into the jesmonite, only engraving. If it goes too deep it doesn’t become as nice in our opinion but depends on the taste I guess 😄

We haven’t tried that yet but that sounds like a good experiment to do.

It’s an air compressor.

It means to clean the excess wax like rubbing with the microfiber rag after adding the layer of wax 😊

If you still want to stick something to it after applying the wax, make sure to really let the wax completely soak in. This can take a day or two. And make sure the thing you want to stick has a strong adhesive. We still add corks after without a problem.

We never tested this sealer for candle vessels so we really recommend doing your own tests. The first instinct would be to say yes to this option but there might be other sealers better for candle vessels.

It doesn’t come off but the protection can be lower depending on how the table is used. Think of a cutting board example that also needs maintenance in terms of reapplying protection overtime. We always advise our customers how to care for their products so reapplication is advised.
