PROS AND CONS OF A SERIOUSLY POWERFUL DUAL MOTOR E BIKE! LANKELEISI MG740 PLUS REVIEW
Much love from Morocco 🫱🏻🫲🏽
Beautiful country 🤝
Thanks mate for the video 🫱🏻🫲🏽
what are your thoughts on rings?
Brilliant piece of equipment, but I'm not sure I'd recommend it for beginners - it'd depend on where a person is starting from
Bro I need to learn how to do a handstand to begin with 💀 Great advice though loved it
@@EnBunk 😂 I probably should've mentioned in there somewhere that the handstand itself is a prerequisite ... am sure you could learn it though 🫡
Il manubrio è montato al contrario! Dimensione della ruota 28 non 26. Peccato non ci sia la frenata rigenerativa!
Wheel size is definitely 26 inches...and as mentioned below, handlebars were mounted too far back, but I'd already filmed by that point, and I couldn't be bothered filming again once I'd moved the handlebars forward.
Thanks for the review. I noticed you have the handle bars mounted incorrectly. They should be mounted in front of the stem. The steering would be very twitchy with it set up as is ! About to buy one.
Nw, hope it was of some help. And yes - I'd noticed that but had already filmed this by then and couldn't be bothered changing it round and then filming again - but thanks for pointing it out anyway!
Cheers, Would you still recommend it after 5 months of use ?
@@Firkinnel I personally found it a bit too conspicuous, and the tyre width caused other issues for me which I didn't foresee (e.g. fitting u locks, finding wide enough mudguards, sourcing replacements etc) so I opted to build an conversion kit onto a mountain bike I had (see my other video). However, that's not to say it isn't a good bike - it's powerful, comfortable to ride and makes light work of hills. It depends what you want I guess.
I just got this kit and my wheel won’t align properly so the tyre just rubs on the frame.
At 2:40 of the video there's a table explaining the dropout gaps needed depending on which motor you order - however, it sounds like you've fit the tyre into the bike dropouts, but the tyre is still somehow rubbing against the frame?
Nice video 📼
Those are the bikes that catches fire.
I've not come across this happening to anyone before and can't see it happening with this kit, but I guess time will tell
Hello. I got the keteles k800 2000w duel motor , black label version i am having a couple of issues with it, how would you compare it with your bike, also the handle bars on your bike they seem like they are facing backwards. Thanks
I'd say the Lankeleisi has good build quality, and doesn't seem to have any obvious issues, but is on the expensive side. However, I'm looking to buy an electric bike conversion kit in the near future, and fit it onto a Carerra Mountain bike, so may do a video on that soon, as it's not too difficult to install, is much cheaper, and the bike won't be conspicuous/hard to maneuver. As mentioned, I'm not a big fan of the fat tyres! And yes - the handlebars are angled quite a way backwards, I've since changed them, but I initially just put them on as they were straight out of the box.
@@SimpleXStuff hello. Would you have preferred if you had done the kit bike initially, and not bought the lankeleisi, if you know what I mean. Thanks
Ive had mine for 6 months. With dual motors It absolutely destroys a beast of a hill i have to go up after work. As soon as i get to the top i switch back to single motor. I do 3 days ( 24 miles) before charging again but still have around 25% left in the battery according to the display.
I agree, the 2000w does make short work of hills, it literally flys up them.
Don't ;ike fat tyres? If only companies sold bikes with normal tyres.
You don't often get this type of bike with normal tyres, and when you do find them, the motors tend to be less powerful - for example Lankeleisi have around 10 e-bikes they currently sell, and only 2 with regular size tyres - both bikes only have 500w motors.
There are other manufacturers @@SimpleXStuff
These aren’t e bikes. They are mopeds at this point.
I've seen 4000w ones even more powerful, and they're closer to motorbikes at that point. 500w or 1000w is probably what most people need.
