OK, so let’s discuss. The first allergy looked up was nuts, and it didn’t come up in your list then what I mean these are the real life questions that actually come from these things that is a very common allergy.

It absolutely SUCKS. Why, for example, are there two options for physical exam??? It makes absolutely no sense.
How do you order a lab if there is no open encounter or progress note ?
is there a way to change status from addressed to pending for referrals?
No; a new referral needs to be submitted.
As well the only person that should address a referral should be a provider; to determine when that care is competed.
Is there a way to carry forward "treatment notes" from visit to visit? With applicable diagnoses.. For example, merge and copy a past visit treatment note to a current visit?
What if you take weight and height in different units?

You must work on a medical facility, they will provide crdentials

How do you just print a lab order for a patient to take with them?

@@lexilewis2282 in the progress note, at the bottom, click the carrot next to "Send" and it'll give you the option to "print labs."
At the ottom of the progress note there is a print button. Hit the up arrow and click print lab order oe diagnotic image etc
Are we able to take off the medical history when sending referrals out? As some patients have been coming for many many years.

Could you please show us how to add a macro/dot phrase? I use eClinicalworks 11e and having a hard time finding it.
What is the difference between 11e and 11.5 version?
