This highway has cameras and traffic control system now? Trucks driving on the overtake lane are going to get fined also the people that overtake from the left will be fined
Yes it's called the (ITS) Intelligent Transport system that will monitor all the traffic and also will issue fine if driving improperly.

It's 100 I guess I am also not sure..you can check it out on Google. As its usually 100 on Highways.
