This 2001-SRN is located at Meridian Township Fire Station 2 at the intersection of Haslett RD and Okemos RD, one of the oldest Sirens in Meridian Township apart from the Thunderbolts that predated their new system. Sorry about the shaking it was really windy

A little foliage never hurt anyone eh? My return to siren enthusiasm begins with the newest Meridian Township siren at the intersection of Lake Lansing and Park Lake. Sorry about the trees in advance as there aren't very many optimal places to record this siren without being hit by a car going 45.

Hi, its been a minute. I haven't been active in almost 3 years. A lot has changed and I haven't uploaded this yet, from 2021 of the new siren at Lake Lansing. I have intentions of returning this May but I haven't been great at making any of those promises. Finally a Meridian siren that didn't have a radio malfunction, This siren on Okemos rd fluctuates in pitch throughout the video, I wanted to re record this siren with the actual camera to replace the other video from July of This siren im almost certain that this is the last test In meridian township

K so here's some backstory. This 2001 130 is a replacement for the Thunderbolt 1000T at Kinawa Middle School its right by the rail road tracks and it also did 30 seconds of alert, even though all the other sirens did 3 minutes of alert. This 1000T is located on East Mt Hope Avenue at Mt Hope Elementary. This was a shorter test than the usual 2 Minute Lansing test. I believe that they are independent in sounding the sirens because all the other sirens tested for 3 minutes. I also have some other content to upload at the end of the year. This SRN is on St Joe Highway it was installed probably within the 1990's as a replacement for the thunderbolt down the street but that thhunderbolt was just recently deactivated and a new 2001 SRNB was installed so there's no knowing what the point in installing a new SRN right by that bolt.
