When I moved to the UK from Australia Family Affairs was the first soap I watched and i quickly got hooked on it. Wish we could see it in full episodes again

Ross Kemp is still fondly remembered by fans of the popular British soap, EastEnders, for his iconic portrayal of Grant Mitchell, a character known for being 'rough, tough and not one to be messed with' until his departure in 1999. Since leaving the show, Kemp has primarily focused on presenting work but what many people may not be aware of is that he had a notable role in another soap prior to joining the Mitchell family. Before his EastEnders stint, Kemp played the role of Graham Lodsworth in 32 episodes of Emmerdale (or Emmerdale Farm as it was originally known) from 1986 to 1987.

im not sure ive got this exactly right, but my Dads wife (not my mum) who ive never met, (long story, wont bore you or myself with it) has a connection to the one who played Henry, sister in law or something. and its a lot later than this but me and my mum know rob norbury who was in it not long ago but thats honestly the only reason i watched it then, ive not watched emmerdale properly since the sheep packed their bags and left.

Late to the show, I know. Was this a rehearsal take or something? With the exception of Jeremy Brett and Edward Hardwicke, the acting is very bad. It's rote and without passion. The constable, without even examining the item, robotically states, "a fire iron. I think that is blood," almost as if he were stating the time of day. No, this can't be a final take and is uncharacteristically bad for a Granada production.

I'll never forget when I was really sick from a liver issue ,I was told you'll need a transplant if it doesn't get better. And they gave me 5 yrs to live. People online said they where raising funds for me. Someone scammed the funds and I never received any of it. Later my gallbladder attacked my system and it was removed. After that my liver got better .Drs were amazed at how healthy my liver got. Also I lived 21 yrs since then

Family Affairs was the correct title, given most of the family were having them. Some of it was damn near incestuous. The mother's best friend was banging the son and the grandad, the son was also banging his twin's lesbian girlfriend and his sister's mate, the other daughter was banging her brother's mate, and the mother and daughter were both banging the neighbour! Seems the only ones not getting any action were the husband and the schoolboy son.

Just discovered this today. Any chance to see JB as Sherlock, I take. I could watch all day. Have watched every one of the Granada series many many times. A great escape into another world, with a great actor at the center and ACDs wonderful storytelling.
