Hi Arden, sorry to hear you’re feeling a bit anxious. I have some suggestions for you. In the south of Phuket, there is a district called Chalong, which is where Soi Tai Ed street is: it’s a long street of fitness gyms, yoga classes, and there are hundreds of fitness tourists there that are all very positive friendly people. Go and check it out. You will find people your age and many travel solo, to train and get in shape. Hanging out there might help you detox from all the hedonism, and find some mates. I live in Phuket and if you need any advice, just ask. Stay off the booze, and make some real connections. Best of luck

Hello, I usually follow some blogs with people in Thailand and also the Philippines, what you are doing by going there in the wind is inspiring/terrifying, it is not easy to go into the unknown and deal with the situation. It's normal to have times when we think about what I'm doing here, how crazy it is, what could happen to me... In my opinion, it's an experience you'll remember for the rest of your life. Just an opinion, don't think too much about creating exciting content, sometimes everyday life and what we think at the time and what we're going through is what captures people the most. Maybe when you're an old lady and grandmother and you go see these adventures on the internet, maybe more important than the exciting adventures you're having, will be seeing and hearing what you were thinking at the time, what you were feeling. Maybe it's the smallest and least interesting things that stay in your memory. Have a safe and unforgettable trip, say what you think at the time and what you are feeling, don't just worry about the visualizations

It's the alcohol baby. Have a nice meal 2-3 hours before bed next time and it should curb the feeling. Keep Going & have more fun.
