Amazing 🤩
Kids put together a nice percussion break. Tonal layers and rhythms blended well. One suggestion would be to substitute a pandeiro for the tambourine.

I think the trrp/trom duet pays homage to the Dizzy Gillespie's song, "Salt Peanuts." FYI- "Come Sunday," composed by Omar Thomas, won the prestigious NBA Revelli Award in 2019 for the most outstanding band composition of the year. Thomas is the first African American to receive this prize. The National Band Association is the largest band director organization in the world. I think the soli duet is intended to offer a 2-second comedic relief in the middle of the mvt.
