Yes, I did omit the salt because my butter was salted butter .and all I said about the recipe was that I would cut the apples bigger and add brown sugar and not white sugar .

Me & hubby are the only ones that eat it 😋. I am glad I have some in the freezer to have when I want it .

This is the first year for me to grow them .me and my husband are the only one's that eat zucchini .when I found the recipe I was glad that you can freeze them and would last for 3 months. I love zucchini bread but don't want to heat up my house to make it .
