The ball got reflected, it still carried it's momentum forward Idk why they're like this, but as a ddd main I can say that projectiles that can be reflected with normal attacks get wonky when they get reflected by an actual reflector

How’d you get miles morales
You can create him in the Mii menu or get it from the shared content on Super Smash Bros Ultimate. Typing his name should work.

@@geesethepirate8642 You can set the game's language to Japanese in the settings menu. It will also change some of the characters' names. (Robin->Reflet, Bowser->Koopa, etc ) It's very cool to see the differences.
