MATSIDE TV is extension of the Central Ohio public access TV show of amateur wrestling watched since 1988 by wrestling enthusiasts in Columbus, Ohio area. For 25 years the show was known as Matside With Bob Dieli which brought local fans Ohio State home matches, few Big Ten Championships, USA wrestling around the country, and high school wrestling from local to state and national venues. Since Bob Dieli retired in 2013 there have been many guest commentators with Ryan Mitchell, voice of Columbus Clippers, doing most of Matside announcing in past 5 years. Big 10 Network, ESPN, and Fox Sports TV rights funding has limited our public access programing to only local high school. Then as AT&T and Direct TV became prominent cable access providers of area the viewing is limited to WOW and Warner.
