30 years ago, me and my friend spent 10 days STEALTH climbing and descending Mount Kailash. It was simple to dodged all the stupid rock idoling imbeciles and we had a great time. But yeah, we did age 10 days !!!! THERES A CRATER AT THE TOP! - unfortunately you climbed the wrong one!!!!! LOL!!!!!

23km with 1300m Vertical gain a week before the race... Mmmmm from my amateur perspective is that not too much too close to race day? That run would still be in your legs on race day? A bit of an easier taper needed?
